My men decided to explore the town and I gave them permission but also the places they should not reach.
I was not feeling well so I stayed back and slept. I stayed in the quarters throughout the day.
Everyone went about their day and night fell.
I pondered about our next move, which would make no one recognize us, but I had a disturbing headache that did not allow me to think well; my mind was racing with different thoughts on how to plot those strategies.
I glanced over at my men who were eating and discussing merrily. They left their families just to help Duskbane claim its position back as the best among other kingdoms.
Suddenly, I felt the bite on my neck itchy. I placed my hand on the piece of clothing over it.
As I touched it, my senses heightened swiftly. I became confused as I heard the voices of people walking in the street. I heard moans of couples making out and the sharp cry of a baby.
