What was Amanda talking about, and bringing up the dead debt collector in their conversation?
Mary's eyes gleamed as she sort of understood what Amanda was doing. Seeing the furious Sia, a mocking smile appeared on her face as she looked away.
'It's getting interesting!' she mused as her ears perked to listen to what Amanda had in store for their wonderful young matriarch.
However, Amanda pretended not to notice Sia's fury and continued with her blabbering.
"She really loved children, and I thought to myself, if I have her adopt my child, then perhaps the child will have a good home." A mocking chuckle escaped her lips as she talked about Gloria, and that irked Sia.
"So, did you talk with her?" with gnashed teeth, Sia asked, and Amanda dejectedly let out another sigh.
"I was planning to talk to her, but before I could, she divorced the patriarch and left."
Sia sighed with relief when she heard that and suddenly felt much better.
