Chapter 102 - CHAPTER 99 – A PERFECT DAY

*Note: Ok, enjoy the chapter. By the way. Will to play Inazuma Eleven Victory Road the next week? I can't wait to play it!

Have a good day :)

...

That's how Tai found out about Kari's date and how he decided to spy on them to catch that pervert in the act.

Armed with sunglasses, a mask that covered half his face, a cap, and a backpack with food, Tai waited in secret, hidden behind some bushes, and followed Kari without her realizing his presence at all.

Kari walked only 2 minutes until she stopped in front of a boy and started talking to him.

"That must be him!" – Tai thought in his mind.

The boy Kari was talking to was quite handsome, not an Adonis, but handsome enough to be called that, but… so what?. He was also handsome; he had nothing to envy that boy.

After praising his sister for her appearance, the boy and Kari headed to the bus stop and, after waiting a few minutes, got on. Of course, Tai made sure to enter a few seconds later and sit in a place far away from them so Kari wouldn't suspect anything.

At first, he thought maybe Kari might discover him, but he soon found out it was almost impossible because she was engrossed in a conversation with that boy, and her gaze was only focused on him. As Tai looked at this scene with envy, he began to swear in his mind that by the end of the day, he would have unmasked that pervert.

And so, this day began.

The bus didn't take too long to reach the amusement park, so we didn't waste much time. That said, we both got off and headed towards the park entrance.

The bus left us a little far, but even in the distance, I could observe the park. The amusement park didn't seem to be very big, just as Mikan and the internet said, but there were quite a few interesting rides, at least that's what I could observe from the outside. Today the place was full of people, I guess the reason is because today is Sunday and since there is nothing to do, people decided to visit the amusement park for fun.

"Do we have to go through the ticket office or can we enter another way?" – Kari asked.

She had been to several amusement parks before, but she had always bought tickets in person, and it was the first time she had come to an amusement park with pre-purchased tickets.

"Look, there are several lines" – I said.

Then I pointed to two lines full of people where there were two ticket booths, used for buying tickets in person.

"We are going to that one" – I said, pointing to the other one.

They were turnstiles with sensors where you placed the ticket on top, the sensor read the ticket, and you could enter, something normal in any amusement park.

"Oh. I'd seen them before, but this is the first time I've come with the tickets already prepared…" – Kari said.

She was somewhat embarrassed. How could she not realize that the question she asked was stupid?. Who didn't know that those who already had tickets only had to scan the ticket through a sensor?. How could she be so idiotic?.

Kari didn't understand it; normally she was extremely intelligent, cunning, observant, among other things, but when she was with Akira it was as if she became silly. She got distracted, didn't notice certain things, or simply didn't think clearly. Why did she act so silly in front of Akira? That was a mystery that, unfortunately, she couldn't solve.

After entering the amusement park, we both took a walk to see if there was any interesting ride that we both liked. Kari didn't like the more "dangerous" rides much, while I didn't care. In my previous life, in my search for strong emotions, I went to dozens of amusement parks and even rode the most exciting and "dangerous" rides, so I wasn't afraid in the slightest.

"Look! Can we ride that?" – Kari finally said.

When I looked, I could see that it was the teacup ride. It was a very simple ride; the seats were teacup-shaped, round, and there was a type of steering wheel in the middle. The ride consisted of the teacups spinning at a moderate speed, which could be increased with the steering wheel in the middle.

"Sounds good to me, let's go" – I nodded.

Since this ride was popular, we had to wait 20 minutes to finally get on. I sat in a random part while Kari sat next to me despite having plenty of space.

"Ahem. These teacups spin very fast, so if we're together, I'll be less afraid of falling" – Kari said somewhat embarrassed.

How cute, she thought I had looked at her to ask why she wasn't sitting somewhere else and mistakenly believed that I would ask her to move away from me or that I was bothered by her being so close. We were so close that our shoulders were touching, and I could smell the sweet fragrance that Kari gave off; it smelled so good it was intoxicating.

That said, I simply smiled and put my arm around her waist, which made her face turn redder than a tomato.

"That way we'll make even more sure that you don't fall or slip. Don't you think?" – I said with a smile.

Kari, unable to say a word because of how embarrassed she was, simply nodded while she was happy in her heart that Akira not only didn't push her away but responded to her actions.

While this was happening, Tai, who had managed to follow their trail until now, witnessed this entire scene with rage. His sister had sat next to that boy on her own initiative and had even pressed her body against his!. And if that wasn't enough, the boy hugged his sister by the waist!. Tai didn't know if he was envious or simply furious that someone was trying something with his sister.

"Shit, they are progressing too fast! Weren't they only supposed to hold hands at most? At least that's what the internet said!" – Tai said angrily.

Poor Tai, he doesn't know that most of the time he shouldn't believe what is said on the internet. Times have changed, and now couples advance faster in their relationships. While it's true that relationships developed slowly in the past, this was the 21st century, and relationships developed much faster, so hugging on the first date was the softest thing a couple could do during their date.

A couple of minutes later, when all the teacups were full and people were correctly fastened in their seats, the ride began. At first, the teacups didn't spin very fast, but as the seconds passed, the speed increased until it reached its maximum speed, but whether because she wanted more excitement or simply wanted to press against Akira, Kari spun the steering wheel in the middle, increasing their speed so much that she had to lean her entire body against Akira while "screaming in fear".

In turn, Akira knew that Kari had done it on purpose, but telling her would only increase her embarrassment, so he played dumb and pretended not to notice while he strongly hugged Kari so she wouldn't fall or slip, which was impossible since those rides were designed to prevent such accidents.

After a long time, both of them got off the ride and, surprisingly, neither of them seemed dizzy in the slightest, while Tai was swaying and had to sit on the floor for a couple of minutes before he could stand up again.

"Did you like it?" – I asked curiously.

"It was great! Let's go to another one!" – Kari nodded.

Akira and Kari turned out to be extremely resistant to dizziness and didn't feel dizzy even after spinning so much, while Tai, who got dizzy even in the car, almost fainted but forced himself to stand up when he saw Akira and Kari moving again while their hands remained clasped.

"Come on Tai, you can't give up now!" – Tai said to himself.

Whether due to the adrenaline or the rage he felt, Tai got up and began to follow Kari and Akira from a safe distance. Luckily, his talent for espionage was notable, and neither of them seemed to realize that Tai was following them.

{Note: It always seemed boring to me that the protagonists find out they are being followed. Isn't it more fun that they don't find out? Unfortunately, when the protagonist is too OP, it is inevitable, which is why I plan to take advantage of the opportunity that Akira is not so OP right now and make him not realize anything. In the future, I cannot assure that this won't happen}.

Hours passed and it was already afternoon, almost time to go back, so we decided to ride one last attraction before leaving, the last and most popular of all, the Ferris wheel. After waiting our turn, we got on the Ferris wheel and sat facing each other.

"Did you have a good time?" – I asked curiously.

"It has been one of the best days of my life!" – Kari nodded.

This day had been one of the best days of her life. Being with Akira, walking with their hands clasped, hugging on the rides, even the small gestures of wiping food that had stained her face, all of it made her feel as if she were dreaming, as if she were floating on a cloud. It's incredible what love can do.

"I'm glad. The truth is, I've had a great time too" – I nodded.

I wouldn't say it's the best day of my life since I've had several. I thought I had several days like this in my life, but after arriving in this world and experiencing everything I have experienced so far… I can say with certainty that my past life was very boring. In this one, I was reincarnated in the world of To Love Ru, a world full of beautiful waifus; I was also given an Omnitrix, one of the most powerful weapons in the entire multiverse, if not the most OP one. And if that wasn't enough, I was granted the opportunity to meet Lala before Rito, and thanks to that, I now have a harem of beautiful women and many more still to come, so the best day of my life… has been every one since I was reborn.

Upon saying this, silence fell in the place since neither of them quite knew what to say. They were in a small, closed space, and only the two of them were there; plus, the sunset light made that moment more romantic.

"You can do it, Kari!" – Kari thought.

Since she was invited on this date and when she became convinced of her feelings for Akira, she decided that today she would confess her feelings to Akira. She didn't want to keep loving Akira in secret for months until she decided to confess her feelings. She wanted to know if Akira felt the same way she did, and if so… she wanted to enjoy her time with him, without waiting to have enough courage to confess because she knew that her feelings for Akira weren't going to change; in fact, since she met him, her feelings have only grown.

"Akira…san, I want to tell you something important" – Kari said.

Seeing her serious expression, I assumed it was important so I simply nodded without saying a single word.

"I…"
