"Everyone, prepare yourselves. The Kage of the Five Great Nations are about to arrive."

The Land of Iron, usually neutral, buzzed with activity as the Kage Summit approached. Armored samurai, swords at their hips, assembled at the city gates, forming ranks.

A man in his fifties, his hair wild like untamed grass, approached slowly. Unlike the other samurai, he wore no helmet, yet exuded an aura of authority.

Kai, if present, would recognize him as Mifune, the samurai who famously fought the Demonic Sculptor, Hanzo.

"Lord Mifune, I'm ready.

The Five Great Nations haven't convened a summit in our Land of Iron in years," said a towering samurai, nearly two meters tall.

Iron Country samurai were skilled swordsmen who augmented their swordsmanship with chakra, achieving power comparable to shinobi.

Okisuke, clad in heavy armor, was known for his swift iaido. Urakaku, similarly built, managed the ranks.

Both were A-rank samurai, comparable to elite jōnin. In close combat, samurai often held an advantage over shinobi.

"I hear a powerful Sharingan-wielding renegade has emerged from Konoha, possessing a Mangekyō Sharingan like their ancestors," Mifune said directly. The Land of Iron was merely providing the venue.

"The Uchiha clan of Konoha? Is it the Blood-Colored Asura?" Urakaku asked.

Okisuke patted him on the shoulder. "You're well-informed."

"My intelligence network indicates that the Blood-Colored Asura lay dormant in Konoha for sixteen years before making his dramatic appearance. He repelled surprise attacks from Kirigakure and Kumogakure, and his actions in Konoha forced Danzō and Orochimaru's alliance into the open.

With the Third Raikage missing and the Fourth Raikage killed by him, this man might possess the legendary power of the Uchiha."

Okisuke looked at Mifune.

The samurai exchanged uneasy glances.

Their neutrality didn't mean they could ignore the turmoil.

Mifune's fight with Hanzo was a prime example.

Hanzo's ambition had threatened even the Land of Iron.

"That man is Uchiha Kai.

He's formidable, commanding numerous S-rank renegades," Mifune said.

As he finished, a violent gust of wind swept in from all directions. The samurai tensed, their eyes on the gate.

"Mifune, you haven't changed. You recklessly praise a newcomer, belittling the Five Great Nations," a booming voice echoed.

Lightning struck from the sky, followed by thunder.

A figure, crackling with electricity, appeared.

"The Fourth Raikage!" Okisuke said grimly, recognizing the well-known Kumogakure temperament, especially the Raikage's volatile nature.

"Ho ho, Fourth Raikage, you're as fast as ever.

But Mifune-sama was merely stating his opinion. Uchiha Kai's strength is undeniable, hence our gathering," a voice said.

Powerful water currents swirled in the air, coalescing into four figures.

Leading them was the short, iron-staff-wielding Yagura Karatachi. Following him were Mei Terumī, Suigetsu Hozuki.

"That's the new Fourth Mizukage. I heard the previous one fell to Uchiha Kai," a samurai whispered.

"Damn you, how dare you speak like that?!" a cold voice hissed.

Suigetsu vanished, reappearing beside the offending samurai. His custom-made large blade whistled through the air, striking the samurai.

The sudden attack shocked everyone. No one expected Suigetsu to act so rashly in the Land of Iron.

As the blade descended, a sharp clang echoed.

Iaido!

Okisuke drew his sword, its blade wreathed in wind-release chakra, intercepting the attack.

BANG!

A deafening collision echoed, sending a powerful gust of wind outwards. The samurai, seeing the blade stop inches from his face, collapsed in terror.

The atmosphere grew tense.

"Lord Mifune, a massive golden sandstorm is approaching!" a samurai shouted, stopping short at the scene.

"Haha, I'm a bit late, and you're almost fighting already. This summit will be more lively than usual," a voice boomed as a golden sandstorm rapidly approached, landing before them.

Rasa, Chiyo, and Baki, representing Sunagakure, made a dramatic entrance.

If not for Suigetsu's earlier attack, someone would have mentioned the Third Kazekage's death and its connection to Uchiha Kai.

"Hmph, Rasa, your entrance is as dramatic as ever. Be careful you don't get robbed and killed on the way," the Fourth Raikage snorted. Kumo and Suna shared a border, leading to frequent clashes.

The Kage present, representing their villages, all had connections to Uchiha Kai.

Their predecessors' deaths had paved their way to power.

"Ho ho, you're all new faces.

I seem to be the only one left.

My old rivals are all dead," a raspy voice said.

Three figures descended from the sky, the most striking being a short, elderly man.

He had survived countless shinobi world conflicts, clinging to his position as Kage.
