Because Enzo was proven innocent, he was released from the cell but locked up in a room, far from the Kings and Queen chamber. Food and everything he may need were brought to him, but he couldn't leave the room yet. It's been two days, and he hasn't left the room, making Enzo anxious. What was going on outside? Has Elena regained consciousness? Was she okay?
He had asked Xavier to let him see Elena the previous day but Xavier disagreed, stating that Elena didn't want to see him yet. This broke his heart but he understood very well. It wouldn't be easy for her. Heck, he had left her to die months back. Only heavens know how she survived in the wild without a wolf and then encountered Killian.
He only hoped to be released soon so he would be able to speak with her and explain everything to her. Although he was willing to give her enough time to process all of these, he wished things could happen fast.
