He couldn't forget what happened earlier so he threw himself into work, filling the same paperworks he always thought were the most boring part of his jobs. At least, it helped his mind stay focused, not to think of how repulsed Iris had felt when he had hugged her.
Using his royal seal, he angrily stamped one document after the other. His secretary had read it and briefed him about each document, making it safe for him to just go off like that. The fact that he was responsible for nearly sending her to her death the second time made him want to bang his fist against a hard concrete wall.
Alec curiousity had piqued at what happened and he realize the only way he would be able to figure out what to do about it was calm the fuck down first. A knock at his study door had him snapping his head up and stopping what he was doing.
