IRIS
My vision went dark and I felt a wave of cold as he stepped away from me. Inhaling deeply, I tried not to panic and instead focus on getting a lock on where Xander was in the room. While trying to recall the map of the room, I moved slowly, making sure I didn't bump into anything.
"This is dangerous, you know? I'm walking blind folded in a room full of weapons." I told him, my steps faltered when I heard a sudden movement.
As I expected, there was no response from him. Trying not to get into my head too much, I proceeded forward only to change the course of direction when I heard him clap. He was taunting me, like a prey taunting a weak predator, daring it to attack.
Pain exploded inside my head, it started slowly at first and before I had time to react, it spread through my whole body, causing me to lose control over my body and collapse. However, instead of colliding with the ground, I fall into Xander's arms.
