Chapter 167 - Not that kind of dinner

Bonnie watched as Charlie's car slowly disappeared from the villa district.

She turned around.

A tall, elegant man leaned lazily against the doorframe, refined and aristocratic, his beautiful peach blossom eyes fixed on her. When she looked over, he smiled.

A face that could topple cities.

Bonnie walked toward him.

Touching her ear, she said softly, "Charlie said… he set a few conditions with you."

Derek Lee lowered his gaze to her, voice gentle. "Mm."

Bonnie bit her lip. Men knew best how to restrain other men. Even she felt her brother's demands were excessive. But…

He had agreed.

To sum them up. If Derek ever betrayed her, he would lose everything, his wealth, his standing, all of it.

She frowned, looking up at him. "You just follow whatever my brother says? How can you be so foolish?"
