Ryuji glanced in the direction Inosuke indicated, approached Lower Rank Two's corpse, and retrieved Yushiro's blood collection tools to collect the demon's blood.

Ryuji had already collected Lower Rank One's blood on the train. Because Lower Rank One had merged with the train, the carriages were covered in flesh-eating tumors, making collection incredibly easy. He obtained the blood with minimal effort.

Including Lower Rank Two's blood and the blood samples already sent with Courier Meow, Ryuji had collected blood from all the Lower Ranks of the Twelve Kizuki.

Only the Upper Ranks remained.

However, obtaining blood from the Upper Ranks would be far more difficult. Even from this initial encounter, Ryuji sensed their superior power compared to the Lower Ranks.

Even with his Oni form, he couldn't completely overpower them. Even if he could defeat them, they would likely have the opportunity to escape.

Putting away the blood collection tools, Ryuji returned to Inosuke and said, "Inosuke, if you don't want a crippled arm, let Kyōjurō treat it."

Inosuke was startled. "Big Bro White Hair, don't scare me! Will it really be that bad?"

Inosuke wasn't afraid of pain, but of its consequences. A crippled arm would prevent him from using his dual-blade style.

"Severe fractures of the shoulder blade and collarbone, several broken ribs nearby, and hairline fractures in the forearm," Ryuji said calmly after a quick examination.

Ryuji admired Inosuke's resilience. Most people would be incapacitated by such injuries, but Inosuke, aside from his immobile arm, remained remarkably mobile.

"You can't fight anymore. Further movement could cause bone displacement, potentially piercing your abdomen," Ryuji continued.

Kyōjurō was surprised by the severity of Inosuke's injuries and felt even more guilty.

"Amazing, Ryuji! You can analyze injuries so precisely!" Rengoku exclaimed.

"It's nothing special. I learned a little from a girl at the Butterfly Mansion," Ryuji replied modestly.

This girl wasn't Aoi Kanzaki but Shinobu Kocho, the Insect Hashira.

During his time at the Butterfly Mansion, Ryuji learned much from Shinobu. Aoi Kanzaki likely learned her skills from Shinobu as well.

Ryuji's Wood Breath couldn't immediately heal the fractures, and Inosuke's bones hadn't been reset, making treatment premature and risking improper bone alignment.

After hearing Ryuji, Inosuke immediately told Kyōjurō, "Hurry up! Fix my arm. I don't want a crippled arm!"

Inosuke's complete change of attitude surprised Kyōjurō, who then began to temporarily splint Inosuke's arm.
