Landon's POV
~FLASHBACK~
A few years back, when I was young... and fragile. No wait, my brother was the fragile one. He was born weak and I was always the one to donate blood for him just so he could survive.
To keep it short, I was his saviour as well as the villain for making my twin brother born weak.
Maybe because I was used as a tool by both my parents, I lost the ability to care for others. I didn't know how to smile or laugh like my brother did. I was always compared to him. Even if he was weak and dying, that smile never left his lips.
It all started when my mother brought home a puppy she almost ran over on her back from the salon and she gave it to my brother. He smiled as usual as he carried the puppy.
He walked straight to me.
"What should we name him?" he asked, grinning like we were close. Like we were ever close.
I didn't give any response. Why should I care? I wasn't the one given a dog.
