"Okay." Daisy Grant nodded.
Daisy Grant found a sweater from Dawn Sutherland's wardrobe, measured its length, and took it into the bathroom.
After taking a shower, Daisy Grant hung her clothes on a hanger to dry and walked out.
Just as she left, Dawn Sutherland walked toward the dining table, holding two bowls of noodles, and called out to her, "Come over and have a bowl of noodles."
Daisy Grant's gaze fell on the pile of scattered documents on the coffee table. Her eyes deepened as she walked to the dining table and sat opposite Dawn Sutherland.
"Second Brother, did you skip dinner? Were you handling files when Donna called you?"
Dawn Sutherland responded with a hum, "Let's eat a bit together, then rest well. Don't think about anything."
"Okay." Daisy Grant smiled, picked up her chopsticks, and began to eat the noodles.
Though the noodles were bland, they made Daisy Grant feel warm and happy, chasing away the cold she'd felt in the snow.
The two ate the noodles quietly.
