Standing on the veranda of the villa, Summer Sutton thought intently for a long, long time, and suddenly remembered something Adrian Walyon had said before.
It's winter now, and winter in Northtown comes with snow, and quite a lot of snow scenery too.
Adrian Walyon once said he hoped that when it snowed in Morning Garden in the future, she would be by his side.
Summer Sutton recalled his words, and suddenly rushed upstairs with determination.
She swung open the bedroom door, grabbed a warm coat and threw it over herself carelessly, then hurriedly went downstairs again.
She swung the garden door shut, got into the car, and left Morning Garden.
...
Adrian Walyon returned rather late tonight. After finishing matters at Morningview Group and a video meeting that ran over an hour, he finally came back to Morning Garden.
Upon returning, Summer Sutton was not there.
A prepared dinner was laid out on the table, already cold, seemingly prepared for quite some time.
