Chapter 24 - SHOCK OF THE HUMAN RACE

Levi stood up, and the robot legion stood up with him, ready to follow him to battle. As Eos saw this, he moved back, as he was the one who kept the beasts from reaching him while he was creating. The robots dispersed and fought the beasts like seasoned experts. This was due to the memory Genesis implanted into them while she fused them. It was recorded from the previous battle with the tier 8 beast in the crack. They killed beasts with unmatched precision, while Levi just watched from the sidelines. After over 6 hours, 80% of the beasts had died, and the robot legion had also been destroyed. It couldn't be helped, the beasts overwhelmed them greatly in numbers. Levi and Eos sprang back into action. The last robot exploded, killing all beasts within a 100m radius. Levi directly shot out a mini-blackhole that ripped all beasts at its centre into shreds. Eos created several flame pillars that blew the beasts up into smithereens. Levi began showering the beasts with several attacks from a distance, so he would not be overwhelmed. After about 30 minutes, the battle of attrition finally ended, as the last beast fell at Levi's lance. Looking at the battlefield, Levi wanted to rest due to continuous fighting for over 10 hours.

After resting for 1 hour on the bed he created, he stood up and called his teammates, while heading for the human fortress on the other side. As he approached the door, he rang the bell that appeared, and an eye peeped through the hole. Seeing the person there, the man immediately called the commander, as they had been looking for Levi inside the fortress because his power was shown mightily in the battle, but when they didn't see him, they believed he had died. The commander soon appeared, and after using a human race device to confirm whether he was under a mind spell, he let him enter in a rush, telling him that he had to hurry so the beasts wouldn't enter with him. Hearing that the man was in a panic due to the beast, Levi just told him not to worry, as he had dealt with it. The commander, hearing this, smiled while thinking that the number of beasts that he had survived from had given him trauma. Levi, seeing the man, was not taking him seriously, did not close the door, and threw the man out. The man who wanted to hurry to the door found out that the door to the fortress had been shut. He immediately panicked and got ready to battle while constantly looking at the door. He waited for several hours, but no beast appeared. He began to think about what Levi said, but he could only push it to the back of his mind, and thought they were deeper in the battlefield. As he was moving forward, he saw two figures approaching from the front. He immediately readied himself, but on seeing that both of them were from the human race and were coming from the battlefield, he soared into the air and scanned everywhere. He did not see any beast, and only scorched earth was visible. He began to shake as he rushed back to the fortress, while contacting the main commander for the zone, Interstellar-tier Liora Emberfall.

After the call connected, Kyros, the tier 5 commander, recounted the whole event to Liora. Liora, hearing that a single peak tier-5 defeated over a million peak tier-5 astral beasts alone, did not even hear what Kyros had to say, and told him to send Levi out of the battlefield, that a spaceship would take him back to the mother planet.

On the main battlefield, Liora and the interstellar tier gu-clan elder were with monarch tier experts of both races. That kid can grow to become the hope of the human race, Liora mumbled to herself as she looked at the gu-clan elder that stared back at her.
