Synopsis
Selene, a bright yet sensitive teenager, finds her world shifting when Antonio, a charming boy, enters her life. What begins as quiet admiration soon turns into heart-fluttering moments and midnight conversations—until the cruel truth lands like a storm: Antonio already has a girlfriend. Heartbroken and humiliated, Selene vanishes from his life, changing her name to Atasha and starting a new in a distant town. Years pass. Atasha rebuilds herself—through nursing school, fashion design, and dreams stitched with independence. But fate isn’t finished yet. A chance encounter at her fashion exhibition brings Antonio back, now more mature and visibly burdened by past regrets. As he confesses his confusion, guilt, and long-standing affection, Atasha stands at a crossroads—torn between the pain he caused and the love she never stopped feeling. In a story about second chances, unspoken truths, and the long road to forgiveness, explore whether love can be mended after it's been torn—or if some stitches, once broken, are meant to stay undone.

Chapter 1 - When fate chase me_1

Selene's POV:

I'm feeling a little reckless right now, lost in thoughts about my day. It's honestly been amazing—so beautiful that I keep wondering if I even deserve it.

Every time I replay it in my mind, I can't help but blush. My cheeks feel warmer than ever, like they're on fire with joy.

Oh—sorry, I got carried away.

I was talking about him. The one who made my whole day shine brighter... just by softly saying my name.

Yes, I'm talking about him—Antonio.

He's the most impossibly enchanting person I've ever met. Just one glance from him is enough to make me fall for him all over again.

Let me try to describe him...

He's charming in the most annoyingly irresistible way. Freakishly handsome, too. That closed-eye smile of his? It melts my heart every single time. And he's so tall—so tall that I feel like the shortest girl on Earth when I'm beside him. Funny, right?

Ugh, he's a total bastard sometimes.

I love him. More than almost anything in the world—just as much as I love my mom and dad. That's how deep it goes.

So, It all began on an ordinary day, yet nothing about that moment felt ordinary.

There I was, running across the pathway, heart pounding, completely panicked—as a group of random dogs chased behind me. I'm absolutely terrified of dogs. Actually, I'm scared of animals in general… even worms. People around me stared, probably feeling pity, but no one moved to help. Not a single soul.

That was until he showed up.

He stepped out from the crowd like he was part of a movie scene. Calm, composed, and confident. He didn't hesitate. He came straight toward me and helped chase the dogs away.

That's the moment he entered my story—the main character of my chapter—Antonio.

At just one glance, he looked like the most perfect man in the universe. Handsome. Effortless. My heart may or may not have skipped a beat. Ugh—I'm already praising his perfection. Sorry, couldn't help it.

After saving me, we exchanged greetings.

"Thank you so much for helping me out," I said, trying to sound normal despite my breathlessness.

He smirked and said, "It's okay to help such a pitiful girl."

I stood there like a total idiot—silent, awkward, and speechless.

Then he asked, "By the way, what's your name, lady?"

"Me?" I pointed to myself, flustered. "I'm Selene. What's yours?"

He gave me a soft smile. "Such an angelic and soft name," he said. "I'm Antonio."

"Antonio," I repeated, like I was trying to memorize it forever. He nodded, and something about that moment just… lingered.

We ended up walking together for about an hour, talking like old friends. We discovered we had so much in common—we both loved art, fashion, and had this similar creative spark. I found myself completely at ease around him, as if the world had slowed down just for us.

Then suddenly, he asked for my number.

And just like that… we exchanged numbers.

That's how it all began.
