Chapter 15 - "Ava? i like it...." - Chapter 15

I sit down on my bed and think about it. "Well, what's stopping Upgrade from taking over Asgard? Uh, nothing? ... uh, wait, Asgard is way too big. Yeah, the upgrade has shown that there is only so much tech he can take over, so maybe I can take over a part of Asgard? Maybe I can most possibly take over things like the Destroyer Armor, and wait, can the upgrade take over the Mjølnir? No, yes? Well, in the show and books, it was never said what Thor's hammer truly was...'

I shake my head fast, and I think, "No, this is not time for what-ifs. Even if this what-if is kind of scary, I need to test Upgrade right now..." I grab the head of the Omnitrix and twist it and then push the head down when I see "upgrade," and with a green light, it takes over my whole body... and the next second, I blink, and well, wow, I have never felt like this before ever. I feel so different everywhere. I feel like my whole body is alive, if that makes sense? I move around the room; every step does not even feel like a step. I look at my hands, and I realize that I don't have eyes, but I can see all around me. I can also change my color...

I watch as my hand turns from greenish to dark red. Yeah, I could give someone a shock with this. Oh, how weird—I can even feel the old computer on my bed. I could feel all the tech in my room—my MP3, my earphones, and my phone—and without a second, I jumped at the PC! And it was like the same feeling I had when I was possessing Max as Ghostfreak, but this feeling is a little different. I change the shape of the PC with just a thought, and just by possessing it, I feel the PC getting an upgrade, and the second I turn the PC on, I feel like I was linked to something.

This was so different; I could see the internet? Everything, or not everything—I just could see whatever I wanted...

And while Leo was doing this from the outside, it just looked like the upgrade jumped inside the PC somehow, making it a little bigger and also changing how it looks. Now the old PC looks almost futuristic!

Oh my god... wow, so much info. Uh, wait, but most of this is useless. Uh, no matter, I am only testing the upgrade, not doing anything else. Oh wow, I can even write code with just a thought. Well, it's almost like instinct. Not only that, I know this is not the limit; I can upgrade this PC even more.

I just need parts and stuff... but wait, how do I test any of this? I mean, I can't just go on and hack a company or something. Hmm, wait, why don't I just make something? Like an AI? Yeah, that's a safe idea. I don't want to go too deep into the internet because, well, Jarvis, there are AIs like Jarvis, and well, I don't know how I match up against them as an upgrade. I don't know my limits. That's why I should make an AI of my own! Plus I need something like an AI; it would help me out a lot with testing and also other things like making money....

And after I made up my mind with a thought, all the information on AIs almost came to me, and I started to build an AI....

7 minutes later...

Huh, making an AI is much harder than I thought because of the tech right now. In 2005 the PCs were trash, really, but with an upgrade I can at least upgrade the PC now. I know when I get out of this PC, the PC will go back to its normal state, so what can I do? Well, I can push and pull the parts here and there and try to make whatever there is in the PC work better, and well, because the hardware is the problem, I just have to compensate for that problem in software.

I will make a new operating system, which is more efficient, and inside that, I will birth my AI. As time goes by, I will upgrade the hardware, but that's for later. Now I want to make an AI who is really good at learning and has adaptability to the point that I could even put it in a USB, and then I could plug in the USB, and I want this AI to take over any machine it's been plugged into...

Well, this looks more like a virus than an AI, but this is an AI. The way it acts like a virus in its inactive state is so no one could ever find it, and if someone does find it, well, the AI would activate and warn me. Not only that, but it would also end itself and also the machine it was found in perfectly.

I am shocked that I build something like this with such a old pc upgrade is limit is higher then i though even if I am using this old pc wonder how it work after I am not longer upgrading it... and the Ai was pretty much done now and then I put my hand out and I grab my flip phone and I pull it and then I absorb the phone into the pc and then on the out side the flip phone was stuck on the top of the pc since I don't have a screen I have to do a little improvising using the phone controls to control the pc not only that also using the flip phones screen as the screen for the pc and after doing that I move away form the pc and the second stop possessing it the pc goes back to how it use to look.

But there is a little change; the PC looks cleaner.

And also there is my flip phone stuck to it, and I grab the lamp nearby, and I change the wires a little, and then I merge the wires into the power input, and then, pushing the Omnitrix head on my chest with a green light, I turn back into a human, and I look at the PC now, which was linked to the lamp wire, and I smile and mutter, "Oh, I feel like I am back in college, so poor I can't even buy a PC power cable, so I do a few changes in the power supply and the wire to make it work. Well, now to see if this works or I mess up my lamp."

I turn on the lamp switch, and I'm thankful the lamp turns on; that means the power is reaching the PC. I walk to the PC on my bed, and I press the on button on my flip phone, and I wait for a few seconds, and then the phone screen lights up, and then it's on!

And I look at the small phone screen, and I speak, "Uh, hello?" And a few seconds later the phone screen lit up, and a sound came from the phone speaker: "Hello?" "Hello, Daddy?" and I almost fell from the bed. The AI said, "What?" I spoke fast. "Uh, hey, what do you mean, Daddy?!"I am not your dad!!" And after a few seconds, the AI speaks again: "No, you are my creator, and you made me with the help of Mum..." and I was too shocked to speak....

"Who is your mom? And again, don't call me Daddy! Just call me boss or something." And a few seconds later the AI speaks, "Mum? Um, you're looking at Mum—da, I mean boss..." And I blinked a few times. Was I looking at Mom? What the hell? And then I realize, wait, I am looking at the old PC... Don't tell me this AI thinks that this old PC was its mother and I am her father? Uh, but why does this kind of weirdly make sense? I made this AI as an upgrade, and I pretty much entered this PC and pushed my input and made...

'No, just no, don't even think about it like that. Fuck, this must be this body's fault! Yeah, I am 16! My hormones are to blame, not me!' And after blaming this body, I speak, "Uh, ok, well, what can you do? Tell me your state and report," and a few 10s of seconds later the AI spoke, "Boss, I can connect to the net and self-report. All parts are working. Um, Mom is also really fine and, uh, happy all systems are fine..."

'I don't know how to feel about this AI. Ugh, whatever, I just keep testing.' I walk around the room, and then I turn around, and I speak, "Hey, stay away from the net, ok?" Don't go there, and also for now stay active and, uh, play some music." I sit down on the bed again, and a few seconds later the phone speakers let out a sound, and a song starts to play while the AI speaks, "Ok boss, I stay away from the net... and I stay active... and I start a song... Lady Antebellum - Need You Now," and I lie down on the bed, and I close my eyes, and a few seconds later I realize the AI played a love song?? .....

"Hey, why did you play a song like this?" And a few seconds later the AI speaks: "I thought you and Mum might enjoy a love song..." and I was speechless, and I almost laughed, and I thought, 'What? Really? Now? Huh? This must be a problem in the AI and also because the PC is so old anyway. I'll fix this in the code later. Now I need more parts for this AI. Wait, I did not even give this AI a name....'

I say, "Hey, do you want a name?" And then the AI speaks faster than normal, "Yea, yes, boss," and I speak out loud, "What is a good name? Hmm, you seem childish, you know? I call you Ava from now on; that's your name." I speak with a small smile on my face...

"Ava? I like it..." the AI spoke out.
