My tribe, which is a mix of the Celestial Clan, River Clan, and the Beach Clan, is located near the town of Frenchington. It is located in the country of Harmonia, and on the continent of Enchantia. They are a part of the world of Celestdia. This world is located on the planet of Arkose, and in the galaxy of Sagittarius (yes like the constellation). My tribe actually is related to the King but the public and nobody else aside from the Shimmer Clan is aware of this fact.
The reason for our being related is that the King's 4 times great grandmother, Ella, is the twin sister to my 4 times great grandmother, on my mama's side, Eleene. Over the years the ruling family decided that it was a disgrace to be related to the Dragon shifters, because we are now seen as just overgrown lizards and not protectors of the continents. This was about the time when the dragon shifter gene had become so diluted that it no longer showed up, meaning that nobody could shift into their dragon forms any longer. Before we were shunned though, my 2 times great aunt through my dads family, married the King's 2 times great uncle, Bruno.
Bruno was said to be a great dragon even if he couldn't shift into his dragon due to a "medicine" the royal family forced him to take for years, due to him having a weak body. He really did have a weak body but it was in part to not allow his dragon side to come forward. If they would have allowed this then his dragon could have come forward to help heal injuries he sustained at birth since he was such a large baby because he was a dragon who was going to be able to shift later down the line. When the King at the time discovered this he nearly killed 2x great Uncle Bruno, and his mother Queen Ellie. All because he didn't believe that there were dragon genes in her family. But he forgot that he himself came from a family that hailed from the original Arctic clan.
Since he married into our Shimmer Clan, the royal family disowned him and his new wife, my 2 times Great Aunt Alma, thus when that happened they were allowed to return to the Clan providing that Bruno and Alma promised to not cause any trouble. They agreed since Bruno knew that it wasn't safe for Alma without being associated with the royal family or with her birth clan. The reasoning behind this is that the royal family started the rumors of the Dragon shifters being nothing more than a story that parents told children to make them behave. The older generation didn't believe the royal family because some of them themselves were of Dragon Shifter blood so they didn't believe those that had children that showed signs of being able to change into a dragon were told the truth of their heritage. If their children didn't show signs of shifting even if the parents themselves could shift, they never revealed the truth to their children or any of their family.
