The news in newspapers, TV shows, and radio broadcasts was going wild. They all focused on one thing: NeuTech Industries, Jimmy's ultimate company to sell each of his inventions.
"A new tech company based in Texas has left the scientific community speechless. In just two years, NeuTech Industries has developed medical devices capable of performing high-precision surgeries without human contact. The creator of this technology remains anonymous, but some are already calling them the brightest mind since Einstein."
"Research hospitals in New York and Germany are using these 'medical robots' in experimental surgeries. 'This shouldn't be possible in this decade,' says Dr. Emil Hartmann from the Max Planck Institute. 'What NeuTech has created looks like something out of a science fiction movie.'"

A host from the most popular show of the time said on television:
"Is a child behind the most impactful technological advancements of the 20th century? That's the theory now circulating among AI and robotics experts. The mysterious company NeuTech has unveiled a renewable energy technology capable of powering entire cities with a single portable generator."
Interview – Dr. Leonard Kravitz, theoretical physicist:
"We know this technology doesn't exist anywhere else in the world. It's as if someone... not from this era... brought it from the future. Whoever this anonymous inventor is, they are at least fifty years ahead of us."

"Meet the one many are already calling 'the new Da Vinci.' Although no one has seen his face, rumors are growing: the genius behind NeuTech could be a boy of just thirteen or fourteen years old, operating in secret from the suburbs of Texas. Urban legend... or the real face of the future?"
Interview excerpt with a NASA engineer:
"The propulsion systems this kid proposed – because yes, we believe it's a child – are more advanced than any of our current projects. If this keeps up, we could be traveling to Mars before the year 2000."

Anchor:
"NeuTech has just unveiled its first home assistant with emotional artificial intelligence. It's called 'Goddard,' and it can learn, feel, and even make decisions. This isn't science fiction. This is the science of tomorrow… today."
An expert said:
"The neural interface Goddard uses to communicate with humans isn't expected to be common until at least 2040, according to our predictions. And yet… here it is. It works. It exists."

Time was flying by too fast, and Jimmy was already back home. Since it was Monday, classes had started immediately.
But now that the tournament was approaching, the members of the football team became the center of everyone's attention.
Even George Jr., a student who often skipped class and slept through lectures, was granted leniency by several teachers because of his status as a football player.
On the other hand, Jimmy, who kept growing stronger, received attention that—though he didn't dislike—it wasn't something he preferred.
Right now, he was on top of the world. He had created technologies and presented them to every country in the world, all of which could only access them through very high fees—best case scenario, by paying annual subscriptions. For example, if they wanted defense programs, they had to pay for them yearly.
The same applied to the medical robot technology: they paid a fixed annual amount to have access to them. But none of Jimmy's inventions were for private use—they all belonged to NeuTech Industries, which maintained strict, regulated usage policies for the technology sold worldwide.
Of course, this only applied to cutting-edge tech. Products like TVs, laptops, mobile phones, washing machines, dryers, and basic cleaning robots were items Jimmy didn't really care about.
What he was doing was amassing a large fortune to build a private facility for NeuTech Industries where he could invent and conduct research without interference from anyone. And today, he had fortunately found a place in Texas. The state had granted him the location he wanted in exchange for distributing Jimmy's inventions throughout the state before anywhere else.
Jimmy had agreed. He even offered to restructure entire areas so tourists could enjoy the birthplace of technology.
But not everything was good. Since Jimmy was the center of attention thanks to NeuTech Industries, there were obviously downsides.
One of them was his own government demanding restrictions on certain technologies they wanted exclusively for themselves.
For every invention Jimmy presented, they focused on its potential military use.
It was the same story for every single one of his creations. So Jimmy proposed a fair deal, one that was very simple: he would never sell his technology to anyone, but if he ever did, they would be the first in line to buy it.
Jimmy didn't mind. After all, he loved his country. Still, he seriously considered moving to Mars, building a base there, and never being bothered again.
But he had his parents. So, Jimmy could only contain his frustration by charging everyone for his inventions.
"A fair deal…" Jimmy said, checking the time and heading home.
There was no doubt—expanding his technology at the speed he was doing it was alarming to many. But in Jimmy's eyes, this was evolution.
