After evolving into Cosmoem, aside from being unable to climb onto Roy, there was another issue that made little Nebula extremely uncomfortable.

It felt genuinely distressed and somewhat depressed.

The problem was that it could no longer eat.

Little Nebula's eyes, mouth, and nose were all contained within its core, completely covered by a thick protective shell, making it impossible for any food to reach its mouth at all.

"Cos!"

Seeing Roy refuse its embrace and seemingly no longer showing the same affection, little Nebula jumped toward Electabuzz instead.

Feeling the warm embrace of Electabuzz, with electric arcs dancing intermittently around its body, little Nebula felt somewhat moved by this gesture.

Only Electabuzz still seemed to genuinely care about it.

"Buzz!"

Electabuzz hugged little Nebula tightly and continued using it as a training implement for weight exercises.

Needless to say, as a weight-bearing tool, little Nebula proved far more effective than any previous training equipment or weighted bracelets.

In fact, it could even be utilized as a weapon if necessary.

Yes, indeed.

With body measurements of 0.1 meters and 999.9 kilograms, anyone possessing even basic scientific knowledge would immediately realize one crucial factor.

Density.

Absolutely terrifying density.

Different from its 'Cosmog' form which possessed virtually no combat capabilities, little Nebula's evolution into 'Cosmoem' still lacked offensive abilities, but its defensive power had become extraordinarily impressive.

Mimikyu had tested this extensively, and even Professional-level Sage Arts techniques couldn't penetrate little Nebula's natural defenses.

Although Roy hadn't subjected little Nebula to Z-Move bombardment, he estimated mentally that even if Mimikyu utilized a Z-Move, it would probably only reduce little Nebula's health by approximately thirty percent.

The true power of a Legendary Pokemon was finally beginning to show just the tip of the iceberg.

That Professor Charles from the Illuminati organization—if he had the opportunity to study 'Cosmoem,' he probably wouldn't continue thinking little Nebula was merely some foolish, weak Pokemon.

Moreover, this defensive capability was far from reaching its absolute limit.

After evolution, little Nebula simply couldn't consume regular food, but this didn't mean it wouldn't feed at all.

The object of its consumption had transformed into 'light from the sun and moon.'

Through absorbing this celestial light, little Nebula's body density would continue increasing progressively, and its defensive capabilities would grow stronger and stronger over time.

Regarding this natural advantage, Metagross, who endured intensive underground training daily while arduously strengthening its physical form, felt strong resentment.

As the chosen one among Pseudo-legendary Pokemon, Metagross experienced for the first time the sensation of being completely overshadowed by another Pokemon's natural potential.

Speaking of natural potential and capabilities...

"Still the same situation?" Roy asked with genuine concern.

"Buzz!" Electabuzz scratched its head apologetically, but indicated it still couldn't break through its racial limitations.

"There's absolutely no need to apologize. You've only been in the accumulation period for four months," Roy shook his head and spoke honestly. "This represents completely normal progress."

Electabuzz showed the least dramatic changes among all of Roy's Pokemon team members.

Except for achieving higher proficiency levels with its Thunder Armor technique, Electabuzz's overall strength remained virtually unchanged from four months previous.

This represented the most frustrating aspect of the 'accumulation period' phase.

Only through the gradual passage of time could a Pokemon break through the restrictive shackles of racial limits.

Current breakthrough data from accumulation periods worldwide showed average timeframes of four years, with faster cases requiring three years, and top-tier exceptional cases managing two years.

Even considering Electabuzz's unique potential and astonishingly high training intensity, Roy estimated it would require at least one full year to break through its current limitations.

Electabuzz, A+ grade potential, with doubled duration for Thunder Armor in both operational modes.

"Buzz!" Electabuzz smiled brightly and indicated it would continue working with maximum effort.

At that moment, the ground began surging dramatically.

Registeel emerged from underground accompanied by Metagross.

Roy had witnessed this exact scene countless times over the past four months, and no longer felt the initial surprise from earlier observations.

After Metagross finished consuming a Max Revive and its body recovered completely, Roy inquired: "Today marks the final underground pressure training session. How deep did you manage to reach?"

Metagross responded with evident regret that it had only achieved 10,000 meters depth, representing its absolute limit.

"That's already remarkably impressive."

Roy patted Metagross's metallic body with satisfaction, hearing the crisp metallic resonance.

In terms of physical defensive capabilities, Metagross appeared to have surpassed even Blastoise, reaching truly astonishing levels of durability.

And regarding energy defense...

'If it achieves that particular form, it should prove sufficient,' Roy thought to himself.

During these four months of intensive training, Metagross had developed a new transformation form in addition to its 'Zero Weight Condition' and 'Super Weight Condition.'

This was the 'Absolute Defense Condition.'

However, this particular condition could only be utilized under 'Mega Evolution' status, requiring extremely high levels of mental strength and concentration.

Relying solely on the mental power from three brain compartments under normal conditions proved insufficient to support the 'Absolute Defense Condition.'

Metagross, Professional level, capable of two standard transformations and one advanced transformation.

"Thump, thump!"

Heavy, measured footsteps echoed across the training ground.

Blastoise, being the slowest team member, finally arrived at the designated meeting point.

"Squir!" Blastoise waved its thick, powerful arms in greeting.

Its overall size had grown considerably larger than before, fitting its Totem aura characteristics more perfectly than ever.

Not only that, but perhaps due to Mega Evolution influences, the two Hydro Pump cannons on Blastoise's shell had also increased significantly in diameter even under normal conditions.

Through Roy's Aura sensing, the most dramatic change in Blastoise involved its Aura power capabilities.

Compared to four months ago, its Aura power had been enhanced by a full three times the original strength.

Moreover, the fusion of 'Water-type Energy' and 'Aura Power' had been successfully completed, resulting in comprehensive energy optimization.

Blastoise, Professional level, master of Water Aura techniques.

Finally, only Lucario remained absent.

Obviously the fastest team member, yet it hadn't arrived... Blastoise began showing worried expressions.

Nothing serious had happened, had it?

"No, it's because of Mew," Roy said with evident helplessness. "Did you forget? Mew took those Ultra Beasts out exploring three months ago and entrusted Lucario with maintenance responsibilities for the Tree of Beginning."

"Lucario has always been extremely punctual, and being late this time is definitely Mew's fault."

"I clearly made arrangements to return and take over duties today, but that Pokemon has gone wandering off to some other location to play around."

After listening to this explanation, Blastoise displayed an envious expression.

Someday, it also wanted to play around so carefreely without responsibilities...

Roy sensed Blastoise's thoughts and immediately gave it a stern look. Instead of learning positive behaviors, it was picking up bad habits.

If Mew ever became Roy's official Pokemon, he would probably experience both joy and frustration simultaneously...

The happiness required no explanation.

As for the frustration, there was a song lyric that could perfectly describe the situation:

"How can I bear to blame you for making mistakes, when I gave you too much freedom!"

After waiting an additional thirty minutes, Lucario's familiar figure finally appeared within Roy's field of vision.

It approached alongside Mew, who wore an apologetic expression.

"Mew! (I was wrong!)" Mew declared preemptively to avoid being scolded.

"Well, but you'll dare to do it again next time," Roy complained with resignation.

"Mew!!" Mew showed a shocked expression—had Roy actually predicted this outcome?

"???" Roy felt speechless.

"You should probably get used to this behavior," Lucario communicated telepathically.

As the Pokemon who had spent the longest time in contact with Mew, Lucario appeared remarkably calm about these situations.

"It's because I haven't been strict enough..." Roy said. "After the handover is completed, let's depart."

Mew floated upward and settled on Roy's head comfortably. "Mew! (Come back often!)"

"Next time," Roy replied somewhat dismissively.

Mew wasn't genuinely willing to let them leave, but wanted Lucario to return to work duties quickly.

This Mew was incredibly unreliable.

Lucario, Professional level, reclaimed the strongest position within the team.

As the first Pokemon to reach the 'accumulation period' and undergo Mega Evolution, Lucario also represented the first team member to break through to Professional level.

Mimikyu achieved second place in this progression.

Blastoise claimed third position.

Metagross secured fourth place.

Ninetales and Electabuzz remained temporarily stuck at their respective bottleneck periods.

The "Big Three" capable of Mega Evolution had passed through their 'accumulation periods' at absolutely astonishing speeds.

Mega Evolution had produced an extremely powerful promotional effect on breaking through racial limitations.

All team members had made remarkable progress during their time at the Tree of Beginning, and now it was time to return to the competitive world where Roy's true abilities would be tested against other Professional-level trainers. The upcoming national competition would serve as the perfect stage to demonstrate how far they had all advanced during this intensive training period.

The journey ahead promised to be filled with challenges, but Roy felt confident that his team was better prepared than ever before to face whatever obstacles awaited them in the competitive Pokemon battling world.
