Edward James went into his gym and worked out through the night without plans of sleeping, he let out all his emotions on the punch bag after some hours he played the piano and sang along. If his room wasn't soundproof Maria Moore and others will hear him.
It wasn't until early the next morning that Maria Moore drifted off to sleep as she wasn't able to get any at night. The thought of Edward James has filled her up, she told him she wants to leave_ yes she wants to get her own place to stay not because she hates Edward like what he said but she's not ready for any commitments of any kind.
She has developed some liking for him but she believes it's not deep enough and it will go when she leaves, little did she know her mystery is yet to begin.
Through the help of Edward James she was able to sell off her previous house with Cent Clark and some other stuffs.
She has also saved up money from working as his company designer and this she's contemplating how to terminate the contract.
Since the night she told Edward James about her moving out she hasn't set eyes on him or heard his voice like before, she will hear when he's talking with Mrs Bridget or instructing the guards. He's two official cars have not been seen since then and also two domestic staffs were missing but the guards were complete.
"Mrs Bridget where are the twin staffs Pamela and Prince" Maria asked
"They're no more working here" replied Mrs Bridget
"Why, what happened" Maria asked further.
"They returned to their country home" said Mrs Bridget
"Oh, I see and erm_ where's Edward I haven't um, hum_ you see I told Mr Edward I'll be leaving by weekend some days back and since then I haven't seen or heard from him" she told Mrs Bridget
" The young master Edward don't leave here anymore, the place is now in your name" Mrs Bridget told her and Maria Moore was stroked rooted to the floor.
Mrs Bridget found it surprising how the young master willed the James mansion to Maria though it's the young masters first ever achievement, Edward James was the one who built the mansion with his first business deals in memory of his late parents and now he has given it to Maria. True love they say is in the eyes of the beholder and that's what Edward James feels for Maria Moore.
Maria Moore couldn't take it anymore after two days without hearing from Edward James so when she was through fixing her new apartment with the help of the moving agent who assisted her in the arrangements then,

Her plans was to go to Edward James after that but she was not sure where he could be. She tried calling him but still couldn't get through so she drove to the Js head office.
When the front desk personnel saw her they let her in without restrictions.
"Good day ma'am, it's so good to see you again" Edward James assistant greeted her.

" Good" he said but he's looks gave him away
"You don't look anything called good but as if the world is collapsing on you. Is everything alright?" Maria Moore asked.
"It's nothing ma'am, work has been hectic as the company is unboxing new fashion designs and all thanks to_" he was saying
"Do you get paid just to slack off during work hours?" Came the threatening voice and it's none other than Edward James
" No boss. Have a nice day ma'am" the assistant said and flee before he gets consumed.
Edward James was surprised to see Maria Moore when he came out from his office, all he wanted is to hug and plant kisses all over her face as he has missed her dearly. He hasn't seen her for five days.
