The Hokage Office.

Kurenai Yuhi was chatting with Sasame, discussing recent interesting tidbits. It was unclear when it began, but she had grown fond of sharing her daily life with him.

"How's Yakumo doing these days?" Sasame asked, leaning back in the Hokage's chair and looking at the smiling Kurenai Yuhi.

"She's doing quite well," Kurenai Yuhi replied, her smile unwavering. "She's been much brighter since you told her to continue being a ninja last time."

"Remind me next time," Sasame said, a little sheepishly. "I'd originally intended to help her with her internal condition, but I forgot due to various other matters."

"Oh, that's alright," Kurenai Yuhi shook her head. "Her body hasn't deteriorated. It won't be too late to deal with it when you're free."

A knock sounded.

"That should be Hinata," Sasame raised an eyebrow. "I asked her to come over; I plan for her to accompany me to the Land of Demons."

Kurenai Yuhi immediately stood up, smoothed her skirt suit, and adjusted her appearance. In a moment, she returned to her professional secretary demeanor. She nodded slightly to Sasame, then opened the door.

"Kurenai-san," Hinata Hyuga paused for a moment, then bowed politely. Hyuga clan ninjas were always impeccable in their etiquette.

"Come in," Kurenai Yuhi smiled and stepped aside.

Hinata Hyuga walked a few steps forward, standing in front of the desk, her eyes fixed on Sasame, her face showing obvious delight.

"Big Brother Sasame," she called out, a little shyly. This was mainly because she noticed Kurenai Yuhi staring at her, which made her a little uncomfortable. But fortunately, this discomfort quickly subsided. Kurenai Yuhi left the room and closed the door.

"Hinata..." She frowned. Although Hinata Hyuga was young, Kurenai felt a strong sense of crisis, just like with Ino Yamanaka. She sighed inwardly. Being too outstanding truly is troublesome. Kurenai Yuhi felt she still had a long way to go if she wanted to win over Sasame.

"Hinata," Sasame stood up, took her hand, and they sat side by side on the sofa.

"Have you gotten used to the bow I gave you?" He naturally held her hand, which was so soft it felt like a doll's.

"Yes," the warm touch seemed to ignite a heater within Hinata Hyuga, bringing a blush to her face. It wasn't too obvious, though. After all, she had grown accustomed to such intimate gestures.

"And how about the Empty Fist: Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Strikes?" Sasame asked.

"I... I'm sorry," Hinata Hyuga lowered her head, sounding a little guilty. "I haven't learned it yet."

"What's there to apologize for? How could you learn it in just a few days?" Sasame reached out and ruffled her head. "I was just checking on your progress."

Hinata Hyuga breathed a sigh of relief. "I should be able to master it completely in a few more days."

"As expected of Hinata, you're amazing!" Sasame praised her sincerely. After Ōtsutsuki Kaguya's modifications, this ninjutsu's power had skyrocketed, and its difficulty was also higher than the original version. For her to have a preliminary grasp of it in such a short time was quite impressive.

"N-no... not at all..." Hinata Hyuga dared not look at him, but a smile quietly bloomed on her face. She was very happy with Sasame's praise.

"You're so cute," Sasame couldn't help but pinch her cheek. Hinata Hyuga's body stiffened slightly, her cheeks reddening further.

"Let's talk business," Sasame said, still gently pinching her face. "I called you here for a mission, an S-rank one." Hinata Hyuga wanted to nod, but it was a little awkward, so she just hummed in agreement. For her, an S-rank mission was just that. She didn't have much concept of it.

"It's to the Land of Demons, to help the priestess seal a foreign monster. It's very tricky and very dangerous," Sasame released her hand and asked with a smile, "Do you want to go?"

"Whatever Big Brother Sasame decides," Hinata Hyuga was completely indecisive, or rather, willing to hand over the initiative to Sasame.

"Then let's go together," Sasame looked down at her. "I'll let you try out the bow." He naturally wouldn't let Hinata Hyuga confront Mōryō, but rather the so-called Immortal Army. He suspected that this army's essence was composed of souls or Yin Release power. The bow created from the Box of Ultimate Bliss was undoubtedly its bane. And it could also absorb them in reverse, serving to strengthen the bow.

"Okay," Hinata Hyuga instinctively nodded, then asked, "Big Brother Sasame, this bow, what's its name?" Sasame was stumped; that was a good question. He hadn't actually thought of a name. Calling it the "Bow of Ultimate Bliss"? It felt a little strange.

"Hmm, let's call it Demon Bane," Sasame said, recalling their mission to the Land of Demons to deal with foreign monsters. Hinata Hyuga's eyes brightened; she was clearly quite pleased with the name.

"Let's go now," Sasame stood up and asked, "Is there anything else you need to do?"

"I didn't tell Father when I left," Hinata Hyuga quickly said. "I want to go back and say goodbye to him."

"I'll take you," Sasame used the Flying Thunder God Technique. Instantly, the two appeared in the Hyuga clan's courtyard. After steadying herself, Hinata Hyuga headed to the study. Sasame followed.

"Father," Hinata Hyuga knocked on the door. After receiving a response, she opened it. At the doorway, she took off her shoes, walked a few steps forward, and knelt on the tatami. Sasame looked on, seeing only her small feet turned outwards in white socks. Hmm, so cute.

Hiashi Hyuga, with a serious expression, looked up, then was suddenly startled, noticing Sasame outside the door. He immediately stood up, a strained smile on his face. "Hokage-sama, please come in."

Hinata Hyuga's eyes widened in surprise. Hiashi Hyuga's masterful face-changing technique impressed her. But such a thought was undoubtedly disrespectful to him. Hinata Hyuga quickly reined in her thoughts.

"No need," Sasame waved his hand. "Uncle Hiashi, you go attend to your own matters." Hiashi Hyuga understood his hint, turned, returned to the room, and sat opposite Hinata Hyuga. He instinctively wanted to put on a stern face, displaying the dignity of a clan head and father. But then he immediately noticed Sasame. Cough, cough, probably not a good idea.

"Hinata, what do you need?" Hiashi Hyuga's expression softened, and he spoke calmly. Hinata Hyuga was still a little unaccustomed to it.

"Father, I'm going to the Land of Demons for a mission, and I won't be back for a while." The Land of Demons? That's a bit far. Hiashi Hyuga instinctively felt unwilling. The Hyuga Main House, without the Caged Bird Seal, faced considerable danger when going on missions. In the original story, Hinata Hyuga was assigned to a reconnaissance squad, which might not have been with the Hyuga clan's arrangement. Hiashi Hyuga glanced at Sasame, asking, "Are you going with Hokage-sama?"

Hinata Hyuga nodded. "Yes." Hiashi Hyuga secretly breathed a sigh of relief. With Sasame's protection, her safety was guaranteed. Although he was still a little uneasy, the matter was reasonable, and he couldn't refuse.

"Be careful, and return as soon as you can," Hiashi Hyuga instructed. "Do not act on your own outside; you must follow all of Hokage-sama's arrangements."

"Yes," Hinata Hyuga bowed and stood up. Seeing Sasame, she smiled shyly, then walked to the door. Holding onto the doorframe with one hand, she put on her shoes. Then she quickly ran to Sasame's side. Her steps were light and quick, completely different from her usual elegant self as a Main House young lady. Perhaps it was because it was rare for her to travel far.

"Hokage-sama, Hinata will be in your care." Hiashi Hyuga stood at the door, bowing slightly.

Sasame nodded, then, taking Hinata Hyuga, appeared in the Land of Snow. He intended to bring Ōtsutsuki Kaguya along. After all, he had just... with her, he couldn't abandon her. Of course, most importantly, he wanted Hinata Hyuga to apprentice under her. With such a powerful backer, the issues of the Hyuga Main House and Branch House would all be irrelevant. Someday, he would have Ōtsutsuki Kaguya take her to the moon, defeat Toneri Ōtsutsuki, and awaken the Tenseigan. That would be perfect.

Hinata Hyuga looked at the unfamiliar surroundings with a bewildered expression. Soon, the door opened. She subconsciously turned her head, then froze. What a beautiful older sister. No, that's not right. Why did she feel both an unprecedented sense of suffocation and a bloodline connection? Is she a member of the Hyuga clan? Hinata Hyuga frowned. Logically, with such distinct features, if she were a Hyuga clan member, she couldn't possibly have not seen her before.

Ōtsutsuki Kaguya didn't even glance at her, her entire attention fixed on Sasame. She took a few steps forward and grabbed his collar. Sasame noticed her gaze, and his heart immediately tightened. Again?

He quickly grabbed her wrist and said, "Let me introduce you. This is Hinata Hyuga, my student." Ōtsutsuki Kaguya only reacted upon hearing the word "student." She tilted her head, looking at the young girl with the Byakugan.

"Y-Your... Your Highness..." Hinata Hyuga suddenly felt completely seen through. She was startled, but she suppressed the strange feeling in her heart and politely greeted her.

"Hinata, this is Shinomya," Sasame casually fabricated. "She, like you, is from the same clan, but her identity must be kept secret. Don't tell anyone, including your parents." He said "same clan," not "Hyuga clan." Nothing wrong there. Hinata Hyuga, however, mistakenly believed she was a member of the Hyuga clan. Although she hadn't seen her before, she believed Sasame's words. After all, Konoha Village had many ninjas hidden in the shadows, unknown to most.

"Okay," Hinata Hyuga nodded.

After a brief exchange of pleasantries, the three left the Land of Snow's royal palace and headed towards the Land of Demons. Sasame didn't use the Flying Thunder God Technique; instead, they traveled by train. This was because the Land of Demons was to the south of the Land of Snow; the two countries were neighbors. Conveniently, Hinata Hyuga could practice the Empty Fist: Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Strikes on the train. Ōtsutsuki Kaguya, for Sasame's sake, casually gave her a few pointers, causing her progress to be remarkably swift.

Sasame found an opportunity to pull Ōtsutsuki Kaguya into the adjacent train car.

"Kaguya, what do you think of her bloodline?"

"Useless," Ōtsutsuki Kaguya said mercilessly. Sasame realized he had asked a somewhat foolish question. In her opinion, even Ōtsutsuki Hagoromo and Ōtsutsuki Hamura's bloodlines were probably just average.

"Sleep," Ōtsutsuki Kaguya, before Sasame could react, entwined her delicate body around him like a vine.

"..." Sasame quickly said in alarm, "Don't use Amenominaka!"
