On the screen.
Black Widow stepped forward, temporarily stopping the domineering Captain Marvel, and said to her, "We usually work together, and to be honest, our morale is a bit low right now."
"We know space is your domain!" Captain America said to Captain Marvel, standing beside Black Widow. "But this is also our fight."
"Do you know where he is?" Rhodes, leaning against the wall, cut straight to the point with this crucial question.
"I know someone who might know." Captain Marvel said calmly.
"No need to trouble yourselves."
In another corner of the hall, a woman who looked like a mechanical cyborg suddenly spoke, "I can tell you where Thanos is."
"This woman… I don't know if she's an alien or a robot," Black Widow said, staring at the woman on the screen.
But it was one hundred percent certain she wasn't human.
Without further ado, Black Widow switched her eyes to the Sharingan, perfectly copying the woman's appearance.
Regardless of who the woman was, she would be a future comrade.
The woman was none other than Nebula, one of Thanos's daughters, and an early enemy of the Guardians of the Galaxy.
"Thanos spent a long time improving me. When he modified me, he always talked about his grand plan," Nebula explained under everyone's gaze. "Even after he dismantled me, I still wanted to please him."
"I would ask, where will we go after the plan is complete."
"His answer was always the same: to the 'Garden'."
Nebula walked over to a table in the hall, and the others present followed, gathering around it.
Because there was a projection device on the table, Nebula was clearly going to use a digital projection to show everyone something.
"Mr. Star-Lord, do you know what that place is?" Captain America couldn't help but glance at Star-Lord beside him and asked.
Although this guy was an Earthling, he clearly didn't live on Earth but was out in the stars.
"Garden? That name really sucks," Star-Lord first complained with a look of disdain, then shook his head, "No, I've never heard of this place."
Captain America withdrew his gaze and refocused on the big screen.

Rocket Raccoon began to explain to everyone around the table.
This scene left everyone watching the screen completely stunned. A raccoon was actually talking!
This was just ridiculous!
Some people couldn't help but recall that when Black Widow and Hawkeye Barton went to that mysterious alien place to retrieve the Soul Gem, they had discussed a raccoon.
That raccoon, was it this one?
At this moment, Rocket Raccoon on the screen continued to operate something, and several projections switched.
Another planet appeared before everyone.
"Another incident happened on this planet," Rocket Raccoon continued, speaking to everyone.
"Thanos is right there," Nebula added from the side.
"Thanos used the Gems again," Black Widow stated, staring at the planet.
"We'll be severely outnumbered if we go," Dr. Banner reminded everyone seriously, "And he still has the Gems."
"Then we take them back!" Captain Marvel declared, as always, full of confidence, "We'll use the Gems to bring everyone back."
"It's that simple?" Dr. Banner sounded unsure.
"Yes, it's that simple," Captain America replied firmly.
"Even if there's the slightest chance to fix everything, we have to try for everyone who isn't here," Black Widow's tone was equally resolute.
"Even if we go," Dr. Banner brought up another crucial question, "How do we know the outcome will be different from last time?"
Dr. Banner's words revealed a crucial piece of information: everyone had fought Thanos before, and they'd been utterly defeated.
Defeated to the point where Dr. Banner had lost all hope.
"You didn't have me last time!" Captain Marvel declared, her words brimming with arrogance.
Tony Stark and Strange both shrugged, their own personalities quite proud, but even they were a bit less… well, Captain Marvel was on a whole other level.
This blonde was boasting with a certain swagger. Most people couldn't pull it off.
"Hey, new girl." Rhodes couldn't help but interject. "Everyone in this room is a superhero. Mind if I ask where you've been all this time?"
"There are many planets in the universe, and unfortunately, those places don't have people like you," Captain Marvel replied matter-of-factly.
In short, she'd been off maintaining universal peace!
That was a powerful reason, no doubt about it.
Thor, who had been sitting at the table eating and saying nothing, suddenly walked over to Captain Marvel.
He reached out a hand.
Whoosh!
A huge axe flew through the air and into his grasp. Thor sized up Captain Marvel with a glance and nodded. "I like this guy!"
"Let's go kill that bastard!" Captain America said in a low voice from the side.
Then the scene changed.
In the vast expanse of space, stretching as far as the eye could see, was endless darkness. A structure similar to a space portal appeared, and a spaceship burst out of it.
A blazing light then shot out from the spaceship. It was Captain Marvel, bathed in golden light.
"I'll go scout ahead!"
Captain Marvel greeted everyone and then shot off towards the planet in front of them.
"She can fly in space just with her own power?"
Star-Lord gawked.
If this footage really was, as those Earthlings said, a glimpse of the future, then this woman was a bit too overpowered, wasn't she? Whoosh! In a moment, Captain Marvel returned, saying to everyone outside the ship, "No satellites, no warships, no army, no ground defenses, only him."
"Him is enough!" Nebula said meaningfully.
The camera switched again here.
And then, in a secluded paradise-like wilderness, there was a very inconspicuous, yet tranquil and peaceful thatched cottage.
Smoke still curled from the chimney of the thatched cottage.
Around the cottage was a field of some unknown plants. Thanos, looking like an old man who had retired to the countryside, was harvesting the fruits from the field. Then, he went back into the cottage to cook himself.
What a peaceful life.
"So, Thanos is... in retirement?" Tony Stark couldn't help but remark, as this style didn't quite match the identity of a first-rate overlord.
However, for some reason, Thanos looked seriously injured, with scars covering half his face. He was also limping as he walked.
It seemed his injuries were quite severe.
Suddenly.
Thanos, who was cooking, seemed to sense something. He instinctively looked up, gazing in the direction of the roof.
Bang!
In the next moment, a golden beam of light pierced the rooftop, and Captain Marvel descended from the sky, slamming Thanos to the ground.
She then performed a few agile flips, locking her arms around Thanos's neck from behind.
War Machine and Dr. Banner, in the Hulkbuster Armor, also appeared immediately after. Each of them grabbed one of Thanos's hands, pinning him down.
Boom!
The wall was immediately broken through as Thor burst in, swinging his axe, and lopped off the gauntlet-clad arm of Thanos.
The Infinity Gauntlet, along with Thanos' severed arm, fell to the ground.
At this moment, Captain America, Black Widow, Rocket Raccoon, and others strode in through the doorway.
The first thing Rocket Raccoon did upon entering was to run over to Thanos' severed arm and flip it over, exposing the back of the Infinity Gauntlet where the Gems were embedded.
But then, Rocket Raccoon's expression changed.
Because the Gems on the gauntlet were gone!
The others in the cottage saw this scene, and their expressions turned grim.
"Where are the Gems?" Captain America immediately stared down at Thanos, and sternly questioned.
"Answer the question!" Captain Marvel suddenly grabbed Thanos by the neck, and threatened.
"The universe needed to be corrected, and after that, the Gems were useless," Thanos breathed heavily, "Except for temptation!"
"You killed trillions of lives!" Dr. Banner couldn't help but roar, and pushed Thanos to the ground.
Everyone in front of the screen couldn't help but be moved.
Dr. Banner's words once again revealed an important piece of information to everyone: Thanos had killed trillions of lives.
So, were the billions of people who would die on Earth in the future also included?
This possibility is still very, very high.
"Kill trillions of lives?" Star-Lord gasped, even doubting if he'd heard correctly.
How could this be possible?
Even Thanos couldn't possibly do something like that.
"You should be grateful!" Thanos shouted at Dr. Banner, infuriating him to the point where he punched Thanos, sending him flying.
"Where are the Gems!" Black Widow demanded again from the side.

"You just used the Gems two days ago!" Dr. Banner shouted from the side.
"I used the Gems to destroy the Gems! It nearly killed me, but the great work is done, and it was destined to be done." Thanos looked at the crowd, a complete and utter madman. "I am destiny!"
"Let's tear this place apart! He's definitely lying!" Rhodes suggested.
"My father has many strengths, but lying isn't one of them," Nebula said from the side.
Father?
This scene shocked everyone watching. That woman, who they couldn't tell if she was a robot or an alien, was Thanos's daughter?
"Thank you, daughter." Thanos turned his gaze to Nebula. "Perhaps I was too harsh on you before."
Swish!
As soon as Thanos finished speaking, Thor suddenly swung his axe, and with a single blow, he chopped off Thanos's head.
Gurgle.
Thanos's head tumbled across the ground twice, his headless body collapsing soon after.
"What?" Rocket Raccoon couldn't help but be stunned, caught off guard. He stared at Thor, asking, "What did you do?"
"I… I chopped off his head!"
Thor, however, spoke these somewhat odd words, then turned and strode away.
The image froze on Thor's retreating back.
The information conveyed in this short clip was immense, and equally important.
"Now we can confirm that the deaths of those billions of people on Earth in the future were indeed Thanos's doing."
Captain America spoke first, summarizing the important information from the video. "Thanos used the power of the six Infinity Gems to accomplish this."
Everyone already understood this.
Although the image didn't explicitly state the answer, it wasn't difficult to reach this conclusion by piecing together the clues they currently had.
"Excuse me, Captain America, did you just say billions of people on Earth will die?" Strange nearly bit his tongue in shock.
That was a bit ridiculous, wasn't it?
"Yes, Doctor Strange. We'll share the specific details with you after the quiz," Black Widow said to Strange.
"It's not just Earth, but every planet in the universe that has been ravaged by Thanos," Tony Stark added in a low voice. "He's a madman."
