Star-Lord had stayed on Earth for about half a month before leaving.
During this half month, Star-Lord spent most of his time inside the Stark Tower. By the time he left, a complete interstellar communication system had been established within the Tower.
No matter which planet Star-Lord was on in the universe, he could communicate with Tony Stark in real-time.
This solved the problem of "interstellar isolation."
Any intelligence could be shared immediately, making things far more convenient and efficient.

The digital projection resembled the structure of neurons in a brain, constantly fluctuating and flashing as if thinking.
"Hello everyone, I am Vision, a peacekeeping prototype created by Mr. Stark. Since you already have sufficient understanding of me, do I need to give a more detailed self-introduction?"
The digital projection rippled continuously and spoke to the group.
"Vision, what is your view on maintaining world peace?" Captain America asked first, raising a crucial question.
The original Ultron had gone down the path of human extermination precisely because of a flawed understanding of world peace.
Captain America naturally would not ignore such a bloody lesson.
"'Maintaining world peace,' Captain, is a vague concept. Everyone has a different understanding of peace."
"Then how do you understand peace?" Captain America asked again.
"From the primitive societies where humans lived off raw meat and blood to today's rule-of-law societies, humanity has undergone thousands of years of natural development to form this unique social structure. It is the product of natural social evolution."
"Although in my view, this social structure has certain flaws… it is the best form of society suitable for the current human condition. I believe this natural development itself is peace."
"Captain, you asked how to maintain world peace. My answer is: do not interfere, and ensure that this non-interference is maintained."
"Non-interference? Do you mean interference from extraterrestrial civilizations?" Nick Fury asked sharply.

Black Widow posed a very sharp question.
"As I said, non-interference." Vision answered without hesitation.
At this point, everyone present could completely relax.
"Any other questions?" Tony Stark shrugged, a hint of cockiness in his tone, and glanced at everyone.
Everyone exchanged a glance, and no one raised any objections.
Including Captain America.
"GREAT!" Tony Stark clapped his hands heavily. "Then let's witness Vision's birth together! Dr. Banner, don't mind giving me a hand?"
Tony Stark and Dr. Banner immediately got to work, running all sorts of software and hardware tests. Once confirmed, they began uploading Vision's program.
Program uploading: 1%, 2%, 3%…
The entire process took about five minutes. Finally, a notification beep sounded — the program upload was complete!
With that signal, the body in the regeneration cradle, which had kept its eyes closed all along, slowly opened its eyes.

After twenty-three jumps, they rendezvoused with Star-Lord.
After forty-five more jumps, they appeared outside a planet that looked completely blood-red.
Without a doubt, this was Ego's planet.
"All right everyone, let's proceed according to the plan!" Tony Stark said. "Star-Lord, go say hi to your dad! Operation Planet Blowup begins now!"
"I want to clarify, though he is my biological father, he is not my dad!" Star-Lord seriously corrected Tony Stark before standing up from the cockpit.
Thor and Dr. Banner, both already in battle suits, stood up as well. Together with Star-Lord, they boarded a small craft heading toward Ego's planet.
Tony Stark, Captain America, Black Widow, and Hawkeye stayed on the main ship as support.
Under everyone's watchful eyes, Star-Lord and the others' small craft slowly landed on Ego's planet.
Not long after they exited the ship, another small craft, resembling an eggshell, rapidly approached.
The hatch opened, revealing a majestic man with a large beard.
It was Ego.
"Sorry everyone, I suppose you can tell this isn't an unclaimed planet, but one with an owner."
Ego walked toward them. "May I ask your purpose for coming here?"
"Of course!" Star-Lord nodded seriously. "I'm here to seek justice for my mother! I'm here to avenge her!"
Ego froze. What the hell?
"What nonsense is this?"
"Your mother? I don't know what you're talking about. Who are you?" Ego asked, bewildered.
"You old bastard, I'm Meredith's son!" Star-Lord shouted angrily.
"You're Meredith's son? You're my son!" Ego's voice rose an octave, completely caught off guard.
Years ago, Yondu had abducted this son from Earth and hadn't returned him.
Now, after all these years, the son came to him personally?
What the hell was happening? Ego was utterly confused.
"You really are Meredith's son? Honestly, my mind's a bit messy right now. How did you know about Ego? Did Yondu tell you?" Ego asked in confusion.
"I'm done with your nonsense. I know you killed my mother. Today, I'll avenge her!"
Star-Lord pulled out his High-Tech Gunblade, firing wildly at Ego.
Bang, bang, bang!
Bolt after bolt struck Ego, shredding him into a pitiful, battered state.
But Ego was no ordinary man. Just like in the recordings, even after his body was largely destroyed, he remained unharmed.
"You brat! How dare you attack me?" Ego roared furiously. "You have no idea who I am!"
With his words, Ego's body surged with energy, repairing itself instantly.
He then reached out suddenly, but a luminous tentacle shot up from the ground with a thunderous roar, stabbing at Star-Lord.
Clang!
Thor's Javelin of Sharpness instantly appeared, effortlessly cutting the tentacle.
"Who are you?" Ego's face showed shock.
The yellow-haired man was incredibly powerful!
He could clearly sense the vast energy within him.
"I am Thor, son of Odin, from Asgard!" Thor proudly announced, pointing his hammer at Ego. "Today, you will feel the wrath of Thor!"
"Prince of Asgard?" Ego was again caught off guard. "I have no grudge or interaction with Asgard. Why are you targeting me?"
"You are correct, currently you have no grudge with Asgard. But when your plan for cosmic expansion begins, will you spare Asgard?" Thor said righteously.
Ego could hardly believe his ears, utterly shocked.
How did Asgard know about his plan? How was it leaked? What went wrong? Ego was utterly baffled.
Unfortunately, at this moment, no one was going to answer him.
"Also, you killed my friend's mother!" Thor added. "Therefore… I must kill you!"
Though he still didn't fully understand the situation, Ego knew one thing:
This Asgardian prince had no intention of letting him live today.
With no other choice, Ego had to fight.
"Kill me?" Ego sneered mockingly.
But this was Ego's planet — his home, his strongest place.
"Today, none of you will leave!"
As he spoke, the ground trembled violently. Tentacles encased in rock burst forth.
