Calyx nodded furtively, almost shaking which was unlike her. "It's her for sure. Her white hair is certainly not common. And those eyes of hers… that is Valeria BlueBlood."


"You met with her?" Ember asked, her mind working like a tower clock as she tried to search for possible means to escape this dead-lock without arousing anyone's ire.


Ember turned to Calliok who was observing her impassively instead without uttering a word. If she didn't know better she would think the man took pleasure in watching her speak.
