Inigo rose to his feet and found himself in the middle of a clearing in a bright sunny day.
That sunny day made him squint as he hadn't seen the glow of the sun for a while, but what's making his attention draw is the interface before him.
"Shop of freedom," he read the text and tilted his head to the side, contemplating about what's going on.
He was playing Valorant for straight hours and then when he decided to take a rest, he collapsed to the ground. Was it because he died the moment he stood up? That may be possible as he had learned of the case from youtube where a man was playing nonstop for days but died the moment he rose to his feet.
Inigo inhaled sharply. If that was the case, then it's a terrible way to die. There was no glory in that death. Not that he cared about glory, still, if he was going to die, at least he wanted to have some sort of dignity.
Now, after his death, he found himself in this place. There's only one logical explanation to it. He was reincarnated—or for a technical term, he was isekaid.
If one were to think about it, he woke up in a forest where most of the time main characters find themselves after their death, and a system of some sort will appear before them, in this case, a shop tab of freedom, which he hadn't checked yet.
Now that it came to mind, he checked it by tapping the message.
Like it was a mobile game notification.
