Chapter 3 - Lost Ashram

The ancient martial art that Aryan and Kiara practiced was no ordinary discipline. Unlike globally renowned forms like Karate or Kung Fu, their art traced its roots to Kalari Payattu—the legendary Indian martial discipline believed to be the oldest in the world. What they practiced, however, was a long-lost and ultra-advanced evolution of Kalari, once thought extinct after centuries of foreign invasions. Today, even traditional Kalari survives only in remote regions of South India.

Yet, under the guidance of Master Brahma, Aryan had mastered every known form and technique within just a week. His growth was not merely rapid—it was extraordinary. He stood now as one of the most formidable martial artists alive, undefeated in skill, discipline, and spirit.

One fresh morning, Aryan stepped out of his hut, his breath visible in the cold air, and saw Kiara loading supplies into the rear deck of a rugged vehicle.

"Where are you going?" Aryan asked, approaching her.

Kiara looked up, smirking. "Not just me. We're leaving—with Master Brahma."

"We?" Aryan frowned. "Where to? Why didn't anyone tell me?"

Just then, Master Brahma's calm voice echoed from his study.

"Because I knew you were recovering from yesterday's final training. I didn't want to disturb your rest," he said with a gentle nod. "Now, go pack your things."

Aryan blinked, then nodded. "Yes, Master."

In no time, he returned with his belongings. Together, he and Kiara loaded their three travel bags into the vehicle and took their seats. As the car began to roll, Aryan leaned forward. "Master, why are we going to Tibet?"

"To advance your training," Master Brahma replied, eyes fixed on the horizon.

Kiara looked surprised. "But Aryan has already mastered all known techniques."

Master Brahma smiled knowingly. "True. But what comes next is beyond technique. He must learn the ultra-advanced forms—those once practiced by your father, Kiara, and my most powerful students."

Aryan's curiosity spiked. "Ultra-advanced? Are they really more powerful than everything I've learned?"

"Yes," Master Brahma said simply. "But you'll understand when the time is right."

Aryan wanted to ask more, but the Master subtly glanced at the driver—a silent cue. Aryan understood. Some truths were not meant to be shared yet.

The journey took them from Dehradun Airport to Ngari Gunsa Airport, the closest airstrip to the mystical Kailash Parvat. From there, they traveled by road to the sacred Mansarovar Lake and finally towards a tunnel hidden in the highlands near the great Kailash mountain. Along the treacherous path, they braved harsh glaciers, an encounter with a snow leopard, and finally, an illusion that veiled the entrance to a hidden ashram.

The ashram itself couldn't be seen by ordinary vision. But Master Brahma performed a sacred incantation that parted the illusion just enough for entry.

Within the ashram grounds, as the sun dipped below the snowy peaks, Kiara and Aryan sat beside Master Brahma, watching the amber sky turn to indigo. In that stillness, they reflected on the journey and the lessons hidden in their hardships.

"The peace of this place will heal your fatigue," Master Brahma said. "Aryan, I know you call your mother every night."

Aryan nodded, smiling. "Yes, Master."

"Call her now," the Master continued. "Say everything you want to say. Because once your next phase of training begins, you won't be able to contact the outside world—not even Kiara."

That last sentence hung in the air.

Over the past week, Aryan and Kiara had formed a close bond—warmth, friendship, and quiet understanding had developed between them.

"Yes, Master," Aryan replied.

Master Brahma rose, his expression solemn. "Before you begin, there's something you should know. Your training will take place inside the tunnel."

Aryan looked toward it. "But… it's sealed with two giant stones."

"Correct," said the Master. "That's because the tunnel is protected by a temporal barrier. Time flows differently inside—it might feel like hours, but years may pass outside. It's shielded by the balance of good and evil forces."

Suddenly, Kiara looked alarmed. "Wait… is this the tunnel? The one where even my father wasn't allowed to enter?"

"Yes," Master Brahma said gravely.

She stepped forward. "Can I enter it too?"

"Not yet," he said gently. "Your time will come. For now, you will continue training here in the ashram. The energies of this place will enhance your abilities."

He turned back to Aryan. "Choose a hut for yourself. Prepare tonight, and meet me before sunrise tomorrow."

Aryan bowed. "Understood, Master."

That night, Aryan called home and spent time talking to his mother. He even posted a WhatsApp status: "From tomorrow, I begin a journey beyond the known."

His family saw it—but none of them truly believed what he meant.

At dawn, Aryan stood before the mythical tunnel. The air was thin and cold. Half an hour before sunrise, Master Brahma joined him.

Without a word, they entered the tunnel. A ceremonial ritual began. Master Brahma summoned the five great elements—Prithvi (Earth), Jala (Water), Tejas (Fire), Vayu (Wind), and Akash (Space)—to build a new body for Aryan, one capable of wielding unimaginable power.

As the rays of the rising sun touched the mountains, energy from the elements surrounded Aryan, shaping a new vessel—his soul slowly transferring into this elemental body, now destined to harness forces unknown to ordinary men.

That morning marked the birth of a warrior who could command the Panchamahabhutas.

What new powers await Aryan in the coming days?

How long will this hidden training last?

Will he master the body created from elements… or be consumed by it?
