Chapter 32 - Intoxicated Friends

Seeing his drunken friends, Sanjeeb said:

Sanjeeb: How am I going to drop these people at their homes now?

Aryan: Sanjeeb, you can't drop them all by yourself.

Sanjeeb: Then what do I do?

Aryan: Do one thing, book some rooms at Cachar Club, and put them up there for the night.

Sanjeeb: It's too late; most of the staff have already left for the day.

Aryan: Did you try talking to the manager?

Sanjeeb: I spoke to him, but he said they can only offer us one room at double the usual rate. And I don't have enough money to book even a single room.

Aryan: Don't worry about it. Just call the General Manager and put the call on speaker.

Sanjeeb then dialed General Manager Jitendra Jha.

Ting… Ting… Ting...

After a few rings, Mr. Jha answered the phone.

Jitendra Jha: Hello.

Sanjeeb: Hello, sir. I actually called to book a few rooms for us.

Jitendra Jha: Alright, I'll arrange it. But the price will be double the usual rate.

Just then, Aryan interrupted their conversation.

Aryan: It's fine, Mr. Jha. Please arrange some rooms for us.

Jitendra Jha: Mr. Aryan, is this really you?

Aryan: Yes, Mr. Jha.

Jitendra Jha: Apologies, sir. I didn't realize it was you on the other end of the line.

Aryan: It's fine. Please open the rooms for us.

Jitendra Jha: Okay, sir. However, I can only manage to get three rooms since all others are already booked.

Aryan: That's fine. Please send someone with the keys.

After a while, Jitendra Jha rushed over to the restaurant area with the keys. Reaching Aryan, he said:

Jitendra Jha: Apologies for the wait, Mr. Aryan.

Aryan: No problem.

Jitendra Jha: Thank you, sir. And Mr. Sanjeeb, you won't have to pay the double rate.

Sanjeeb: Mr. Jha, can you tell me how much the three rooms will cost?

Jitendra Jha: Currently, we only have the club rooms available. So, for three rooms, the cost for one night would be around ₹15,500.

Sanjeeb: What???

Sanjeeb was taken aback by the price and glanced at Aryan. After sensing Sanjeeb's gaze, Aryan calmly said:

Aryan: Don't worry, I'll cover the bill.

Sanjeeb: Alright.

Aryan: Mr. Jha, does this key include mine as well?

Jitendra Jha: No, sir. I'll bring your key right away.

Aryan: No need to go. Just ask someone to bring it for you.

Jitendra Jha: Understood, Mr. Aryan.

Jitendra Jha: Please follow me, sir.

Aryan: Sure.

Jitendra Jha led Aryan to the rooms. Sanjeeb, Sanjana, Rinku, Tanushree, Aryan, and Mondip guided Rocky, Shreejit, Mukesh, Shreya, Riya, and Tamanna to their designated rooms.

Jitendra Jha opened the doors. One room was allocated for Shreya, Riya, and Tamanna; another for Mukesh, Rocky, and Shreejit; and a third for Tanushree and Sanjana.

In the meantime, one of the staff handed Aryan the key to his room.

Mondip: Where do we go now? All three rooms are occupied.

Rinku: Sanjeeb, don't worry. Aryan has a car, and either mine or yours can be used as well. Maybe we should just head back home.

Aryan: Don't think too much. Just come with me.

Mondip: Aryan, where are we going?

Aryan: Mr. Jha won't allow us to sleep in the hotel lobby.

Rinku: That's true.

Sanjeeb: Alright, let's go.

They headed towards Aryan's room, which was entirely reserved for him.

After a short while, they arrived at Room No. 11. Aryan opened the door, and they all walked in. Sanjeeb, Rinku, and Mondip were taken aback by the lavishness of the room.

Mondip: Aryan, what kind of room is this?

Rinku: Yes, brother. Whose room is this?

Sanjeeb: Aryan, this room is bigger and more beautiful than the other three rooms.

Aryan: This is the Club Suite of Cachar Club. I've reserved this for myself.

Aryan: Alright, enough questioning. Are we going to talk all night or sleep?

Rinku: Aryan's right, I'm feeling really sleepy.

With that, Rinku and Mondip lay down on the beds and fell asleep. Sanjeeb glanced at Aryan once, then, after a moment of thought, he too lay down to sleep. Aryan, too, soon followed them and lay down.

The Club Suite was the most expensive and luxurious room in Cachar Club. The room was spacious, and the bed was large enough for all four of them to sleep comfortably. Aryan had reserved this room for himself in case he ever needed it.

Meanwhile, as Sanjeeb lay in bed, he couldn't help but wonder why Jitendra Jha, the General Manager of Cachar Club, was being so respectful toward Aryan and calling him "sir."

At that moment, Aryan spoke quietly to Sanjeeb.

Aryan: Sanjeeb, don't overthink it.

Sanjeeb: Aryan, how do you know that I'm thinking?

Aryan: I'm a martial artist. In my field, it's easy to sense what others are thinking.

Sanjeeb: So tell me, what am I thinking? And what's the answer to that?

Aryan: The answer is simple. I'm the owner of this hotel.

Sanjeeb: Really? Then why didn't you say anything when Tamanna was trying to insult you?

Aryan: Because I never thought it was necessary to reveal my identity.

Sanjeeb: Alright.

Aryan: Yes. Now, go to sleep.

Without another word, they all fell asleep.

Will Tamanna ever find out about Aryan?

What will happen when Tamanna discovers that Aryan is the owner of Cachar Club?

Is there danger waiting for Aryan?
