As two sleek black cars pulled up in a massive compound after a long ride, Selina came out of one. Her eyes, gleaming with curiosity, swept across the estate, wondering where Zane had brought her.
Was this his home?
Here it didn't seem eerie like the previous place he brought her.
Taking a deep breath to calm her nerves and ready to follow behind him, Selina stood still when she noticed four brand-new luxury cars pull up a short distance away.
She watched intently as men in black suits stepped out of the cars, starting with the first ones and then moving to the last vehicle. Some of them stood guard while others opened the back seat doors of two of the middle cars.
Selina caught sight of Elder Gilbert emerging from one of the middle cars, followed by Madame Leah and Clarissa from the other, all dressed in their finest attire.
Her brows furrowed in confusion at the sight of them; they weren't supposed to be in a closed space with Zane.
