She stepped aside after stacking a fresh pile of documents on top of the previous stack, forming a small mountain at the corner of Jonas Li's desk.
Today's schedule was quite packed. If Lusi hadn't reminded him, Jonas would've spent his entire day seated there, handling paperwork. But now, he had to get up and prepare to leave the office before lunchtime.
He glanced at his watch, slipped his blazer back on, and turned his gaze toward the sofa. Once again, he nearly forgot something.
Jonas clicked his tongue as he walked toward his private lounge. The atmosphere was always quiet during work hours, which made it easy to forget the presence of someone who had been with him since morning.
