Chapter 455 - Chapter 456: Two Eighteens

"You're right to be cautious. Ultra Instinct is too powerful—sometimes it's not so easy to control…"

"Oh, is that so? Then can you control it now? If you can, how about heading back first?"

Vados felt uncomfortable under Kaito's gaze. Hearing that, she nodded quickly and slipped away as if fleeing.

...

After a while, everyone got up and gathered in the living room for a simple breakfast.

During breakfast, Vados acted completely normal—no one had any idea that she had "visited" Kaito last night.

Halfway through the meal, Kaito suddenly raised an eyebrow, set down his chopsticks, and said calmly,

"Those two troublemakers are at it again."

Everyone froze for a moment. Trunks frowned and said grimly,

"Kaito-san, are you talking about those two androids? They really can't stay quiet for even one day!"

Bulma clenched her fist angrily.

"Unforgivable! This time we'll definitely wipe them out!"

Eighteen glanced at her sideways and said coldly,

"Then you'd better stay here—no need to get caught up in the fight."

"How could I! With Kaito and Vados around, those two won't even make a ripple!"

Vados elegantly took a sip of coffee, her calm and composed demeanor radiating reliability.

Future Bulma's gaze lingered on Vados and Kaito, and she quickly felt reassured.

Kaito stood up from his seat, his eyes flashing with light as a black portal appeared on the floor.

"All right, everyone. If you're coming, let's go together. A little exercise won't hurt."

With that, Kaito stepped into the portal first, Vados following right after.

Seeing the two gods enter, the rest quickly followed.

...

When they emerged from the other side, what greeted them was a wasteland—ruins everywhere, littered with broken limbs and blood. It was hell on earth.

For Bulma and Eighteen, it was their first time seeing such a scene—they froze in shock.

Trunks clenched his fists, his voice trembling with anger.

"Those bastards! How much more of Earth do they want to destroy before they're satisfied?!"

Even though it wasn't his first time witnessing this, rage still burned inside him. Golden light flared from his body as the crackling sound of power filled the air—he had transformed into a Super Saiyan.

Future Bulma sighed heavily and placed a comforting hand on his shoulder.

Just as Trunks opened his mouth to speak, a mocking voice drifted down from above.

"Well, well… isn't this Trunks? Back for another beating? And you've brought friends this time!"

Trunks stiffened and looked up sharply—there they were, Seventeen and Eighteen, floating in the sky.

The words had come from Seventeen. Beside him, Eighteen was holding up a flying car with one hand. Inside was a family of three.

The man slumped lifelessly over the steering wheel—already dead.

In the back seat, a terrified mother clutched her child tightly, tears streaming down her face as she pleaded,

"Do whatever you want to me! Please, just spare my child!"

Future Eighteen looked utterly bored. She dug at her ear with her free hand and said impatiently,

"So noisy. I'm sick of this already. Shut up."

As she spoke, a glowing energy sphere formed in her hand—ready to hurl at the car.

Suddenly, a furious voice roared from below,

"Enough! You disgusting woman!"

Whoosh!

A sharp gust split the air. Before Trunks could react, someone had already launched into the sky—it was Eighteen.

Seeing her future self enraged her to no end. She wanted to erase that version of herself with her own hands.

Kaito snapped his fingers, and the car in Future Eighteen's hand vanished—reappearing safely beside him an instant later.

Future Seventeen and Eighteen were both dumbfounded, staring at the charging Eighteen, forgetting to dodge.

Eighteen's fist smashed into her future self's face, sending her flying into the clouds.

Future Seventeen came to his senses and darted aside, exclaiming in shock,

"She looks exactly the same! What the hell are you? Another Eighteen?!"

Eighteen didn't bother answering. She swung her arm, firing a blazing energy blast.

Future Seventeen cursed, crossed his arms to block, but the explosion still sent him reeling backward from the shockwave.

As he steadied himself, his expression turned uncertain. Feeling the numbness spreading through his arms, he muttered under his breath,

"This power… she's an android too—but she's even stronger than Eighteen. What's going on?"

Before he could finish, another energy blast came hurtling toward him. With no choice, he quickly dodged again.

Eighteen flicked her wrist, deflecting the blast effortlessly. Her gaze turned icy as she locked eyes on the figure bursting through the clouds—Future Eighteen.

Her future self's face was twisted with fury, a bright red mark stamped across her cheek—the mark from that earlier punch.

"You damn impostor! I don't care who you are, I'll tear you apart!"

Future Eighteen raised her hand and unleashed a volley of energy blasts. Eighteen retaliated in kind, and countless explosions lit up the sky, tearing the clouds apart.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

Thunderous roars echoed over the ruined city.

After a fierce exchange, the energy blasts ceased. The next instant, the two small figures collided violently, the shockwave toppling what few buildings still stood.

The two Eighteens braced against each other, forearms locked, eyes glaring into identical faces.

Future Eighteen gritted her teeth.

"Fake or not, you're pretty strong for a copy…"

Eighteen snorted coldly.

"You're the real fake here. Just seeing you makes me sick."

Their eyes glowed simultaneously, twin beams clashing in midair, sizzling with power.

Down below, Trunks and the two Bulmas watched tensely.

Bulma looked worried. "Can our Eighteen win? The other one isn't even human… I'm afraid she might get hurt…"

Kaito kept his eyes fixed on the sky and said quietly,

"She'll win. If this keeps up… our Eighteen will be the last one standing."
