In the Grand Palace of the Omni-King—
The Omni-King, with his football-shaped head, floated aimlessly around the hall.
Two guards followed closely behind, while the Grand Priest stood below with his hands clasped behind his back, quietly observing.
After drifting about for a while, the Omni-King finally stopped and looked down at the Grand Priest.
"That aura… it moved from Universe 6 to Universe 7. Has that guy returned again?"
The Grand Priest shook his head respectfully.
"Omni-King-sama, he, along with those six universes, has completely vanished into nothingness. There is no need for concern."
The Omni-King tilted his head, still looking as blank and childlike as ever.
"Really? Then why are those wish orbs he left behind still around?"
The Grand Priest lowered his eyes slightly but did not answer.
The Omni-King didn't press further. Instead, he muttered to himself,
"Hmm, if it comes to that, I'll just erase both Universe 6 and Universe 7. There are still too many universes anyway."
Upon hearing that, the Grand Priest quickly interjected,
"Omni-King-sama, why don't we visit Universe 7 for a look? According to Whis, there's a planet called Earth there that's quite fascinating."
The Omni-King blinked, then said,
"Eh? Go there to play for a bit? Sure."
The two guards exchanged glances, their eyes filled with surprise.
It was rare—almost unheard of—for the Grand Priest to suggest taking the Omni-King to the lower realms himself.
A faint smile crossed the Grand Priest's face. He gestured politely.
"Omni-King-sama, shall we depart then?"
...
Inside the Temple of Destruction in Universe 7—
Whis gently woke Beerus from his slumber. The drowsy God of Destruction rubbed his eyes, glanced at the floating hourglass nearby, and grumbled,
"Whis… why'd you wake me up so early? I've only been asleep for, what, not even a year yet!"
Whis's expression was uncharacteristically grave as he replied,
"You can't sleep now, Beerus-sama. I just received a notice—Omni-King-sama is coming to Universe 7."
"Oh, let him come... Wait—Nani!? Omni-King-sama!?"
At the mention of the Omni-King, Beerus shot up instantly, eyes wide.
"Why in the world would Omni-King-sama want to come here? He hasn't left his palace in ages!"
"It's said that Omni-King-sama had thoughts of erasing our universe. The Grand Priest might be trying to change his mind by bringing him here."
"Nani!? Why target us and Universe 6?"
"Who could possibly understand the mind of Omni-King-sama? You should prepare yourself, Beerus-sama. Are you really going to greet him dressed like that?"
Beerus glanced down at his wrinkled sleepwear, then hurriedly switched into his ornate pharaoh-like robes.
When the Omni-King and his entourage arrived, Whis and Beerus immediately moved forward to welcome them.
As the supreme god, Omni-King's presence alone demanded respect—Beerus gave a deep bow, while Whis offered a graceful salute.
After a few polite exchanges, the Omni-King soon grew bored of the barren temple and waved his tiny hand.
"This is boring. Let's just go to Earth!"
Whis froze for a moment. Earth was currently hosting the Vados sisters—if Omni-King saw them, things could get complicated.
He glanced discreetly at the Grand Priest, who gave him a subtle nod as if to say there was nothing to worry about.
But the Omni-King was already growing impatient.
Suppressing his unease, Whis had no choice but to lead the group toward Earth.
...
In Kaito's home—
Marcarita wore a maid outfit, her signature twin ponytails tied neatly behind her head, giving her quite the authentic look.
She twirled once before Kaito, holding her skirt proudly.
"How does this angel's outfit look?" she asked with a smug grin.
Kaito raised an eyebrow. Truth be told, Marcarita looked stunning in it—but he only said,
"What are you doing again? Wearing a maid outfit but not doing any work. You just cosplaying now?"
Marcarita froze, disbelief flashing across her face.
"You don't think I look beautiful in this? I read online that twin ponytails look best with maid outfits!"
Ever since she started watching dramas, Marcarita had become addicted to surfing the internet.
Lately, who knew what corners of the web she'd wandered into? She kept conjuring up strange new outfits just to show off in front of Kaito.
Kaito crossed his arms and teased,
"Finally learning to use your charms, huh? What is it, got yourself an online romance?"
"Who's in an online romance!?" she shouted, flustered. "This angel would never fall in love with a human!"
"Then who exactly are you dressing up for every day?"
Marcarita pouted, muttering,
"Who do you think?"
"No idea. But since you're wearing a maid outfit, how about doing some actual maid work? Maybe clean the house?"
Marcarita stomped her foot in anger, snapped her fingers, and instantly the entire house became spotless.
She turned away with a huff, clearly refusing to talk to him any further.
Kaito shrugged, walked to the sofa, and switched on the TV.
Marcarita followed and plopped down beside him, lips pursed as though he owed her money.
Kaito glanced sideways at her.
"Which channel do you want to watch?"
Marcarita snorted.
"Channel Six. There should be Angel Babies airing right now."
"Oh."
Kaito responded casually—and then turned it to Channel Seven.
Marcarita blinked.
"I said Channel Six. Did you mishear me?"
Kaito put on an innocent face.
"Nope. I just asked which one you wanted. Didn't say I'd pick it."
"You...! Hmph! You're trying to get on my nerves, aren't you? Fine, Channel Seven is fine! I don't care!"
She looked up at the screen—then froze, her face instantly turning red.
Because on the TV was a program titled Swimsuit Competition!
Various swimsuit models filled the screen, leaving Marcarita speechless. She couldn't help imagining herself in one of them, and the thought alone made her cheeks burn.
She sneaked a glance at Kaito beside her, trying to sound composed.
"So this was your plan all along! I didn't expect you to be that kind of god!"
Kaito gave her a bewildered look.
"What are you talking about? It's just a normal show. Don't tell me even this makes you uncomfortable?"
"I'm not human! I'm an angel!"
"Yeah, yeah, I know you're not human. Calm down already."
