Micheal opened the folder again and began to explain the proposal plan to Daniel.
As he was explaining the proposal plan to Daniel, he spoke in plain words and took the contents of the document and turned them into a conversation so Daniel could understand how to deliver each point and answer the likely questions Rachel might have for him.
After speaking for a while, he paused and cleared his throat before saying, "You are going to tell her that Shaw Group is proposing a strategic partnership with Shen Group to drive innovation and growth through technology sharing and co-branded product development... Tell her that this collaboration will leverage each company's strengths, enhance competitiveness, and create new market opportunities."
Daniel nodded his head and said, "Go on... I'm listening."
