She laid down on the bed with weary eyes staring at the ceiling with loud panting.
Harper just got admitted to the town's college and she just unpacked her stuffs in her dorm and laid on the bed tiredly, she got out of the bed and walked towards her table with a chair with it, she pulled it back and sat down and opened her laptop and started re-reading the things about the university.
She got to a certain point and stopped using her fingers to control the touch pad and she read the heading "RULES AND REGULATIONS OF SCYWELLS VIK COLLEGE. " It caught her attention because they didn't give her the papers concerning the rules and regulations.
She tapped her touch pad and it clicked taking her to another website where the rules and regulations was and it reads.
Rule 1. No fighting during school hours for it can exceed to detention and when the fight escalates it will lead to expulsion of the students.
Rule 2. Girls and boys are prohibited to visit each other dorm for it can lead to expulsion of the student who breaks the school rule
Rule 3. Students are restricted to move around the school premises when it clocks 9
Rule 4. Every Sunday of last month are parents visiting day so students are here by restricted on going home without the school authorities consent excluding the part where an emergency occurs and it's urgent for you to go home.
Rule 5. Detention awaits everyone who choose not to listen to the school authorities.
Rule 6. Stealing of properties is prohibited
Rule 7. Arrive on time for classes and school events
Rule 8. Zero tolerance for bullying, harassment or sexual assault
Rule 9. Phones are not allowed to be used during the school hours
Rule 10. Adhere to the rules or face the consequences
Rule 11. No cheating, plagiarism or academic dishonesty
Rule 12. Attend all classes except excused

"How can people live with number 9." She thought and continued reading it till the 30th rule after reading everything she breathed a sigh of relief and rested her back on the chair.
She then stood up walked up to her wardrobe pulled it open and took her black jacket to fit with her baggy pants and she got out of the room. Locking the door in front of her she then turned her head so she can look forward to where she was going when she caught sight of a girl and it startled her making her hold her chest.
Harper stared at the redheaded girl who was smiling at her terrifyingly and she held her chest for it has came back from wherever it has gone before.
"You startled me!" Harper said in a frightened voice
"Am sorry if I scared you, I just heard a new student just moved in so I came to say hi." The redheaded girl said in a enthusiastic manner.
"Harper Willows" She introduced.
"It's aria Marriott, I'm a sophomore student, where are you heading to if I may ask my room is getting bored, and I remembered that a new student just got here so I came to say hi," she replied making Harper smile.
"I'm just going to take a tour," Harper smiled at her.
"Taking a tour by yourself, ugh that looks boring we should go, can I?" The girl asked in a pleading tone.
"Of course, lead the way," she agreed making the girl beam and they left the dormitory. "So tell me how your life is back when you were a freshman," she uttered and the girl smiled.
"It's been great, even if the school's a little weird, " she confessed while they walked. "But don't get me wrong it's been fun."
Harper then spotted a guy leaning on a pole with a girl pestering around him and out of curiosity she asked "who are those?"
The girl named Aria then turned to look at the direction Harper head was facing and she replied in a cheeky tone "oh! That guy is Rowan Maverick and his sister amber the guy is the opposite of his sister, though they are up to no good."
Harper paid attention to what the girl was explaining and she asked "how?"
"Rowan is the rude one don't get me wrong they are both rude but his rude is if people get on his way he was always ready to teach them a lesson but he doesn't bully neither hurt anyone in most cases but his sister is evil,"
"She is loved by every guy but not girls she is among the most loathed students with her evil eyes and evil smirk give me shivers," she explained in a dramatic manner while Harper smiled at the hatred that raised through her "she is evil and depraved I wonder how she has a best friend,"
The girl they were watching and talking about glared at them vindictively and they swiftly turned their heads " see that, her eyes gives me goosebumps, I hate her,"
Harper chuckled "this college really looks fun,"
"I'm warning you Harper don't get close to her or her friends or even her somewhat malevolent brother, I'm sorry if you find me annoying I love talking," aria apologized when she noticed Harper was looking at them from afar.
She snapped after hearing Aria's word "Why do you say that, you are so much interesting than me, you can speak even till the 'tour' ends." She then noticed the girl smiling and she continued talking and Harper had no other choice but to listen since they were only two of them talking.
At the other side of the campus a brunette girl stood beside the boy leaning on a pole with his eyes on his phone and he got his eyes off his phone when the blonde freshman passed them
"Who was that?" Amber asked her brother who was still staring at the direction they went making lunaire frown and asked again "am I the only seeing this that you keep staring at that unknown human."
"She's a freshman I heard, and I still heard your dorm is close to her's," the dark haired boy named Rowan revealed.
"Could have a little fun with this human," the malevolent girl said with a mischievous smirk then her brother tuned to glare at her coldly, his face was calm but his blue eyes was hollow holding nothing in them.
"Don't lay a hand on her I saw her first," Rowan said with a smirk that was veiled of mischief and lunaire rolled her eyes but she felt relieved that he wasn't interested in her for her and her elder brother hated humans.
"Why will he even be interested in her, what am I thinking." Amber thought.
