"my head is aching again, I'm coming so I can get my food," aria said wincing in pain holding her forehead .
"Don't worry I'll get the food," Harper insisted in care and aria whispered "thanks," and Harper stood up from her seat and walked up to the counter to get the food, after it was been dished out she took the tray with a plate of food and drinks at the top.
Harper stated walking up to her table not looking sideways a guy came into view and she bumped on him making the tray and plate of food and drink hit him making the crowd gasp
The guy black jacket was stained with some food particles and the orange juice, she bent down to clean up the mess she made when the guy stopped her by stepping on the food she was about to put on the tray.
She stood up to apologize "I'm sorry, I didn't see you coming ," she thought he would buy it but he didn't.
He scoffed in mischief "you didn't see me coming, are you blind?" He asked abruptly and she narrowed at him in resentment for how audacious he is to insult her, she didn't care if he was the most infamous student all she cared about was some respect.
" I apologize like I did before," still trying the polite side of her to see if it would work but the strong headed guy wouldn't let it go she didn't want to have a bad name at her freshman year.
" You apologized....? You didn't even think about saying you would remove the stain," he said vindictively, seeing the human look at him in his eyes made him feel small and furious if it were others they wouldn't try it not to talk of a freshman, but this girl was different.
"Wash your jacket? " She asked and scoffed "don't be dramatic and go get off the stain yourself," Harper cursed with a grimace.
The crowd watching the scene and hearing the gasped in shock, the last girl who tried this her fate remains in the emergency room and they were surprised that it was a freshman who was doing this.
Out of rage he grabbed her delicate arm and staring at the Hazel audacious eyes that he felt like pulling out, if not for the crowd the girl would have been dead.
Harper was afraid but didn't want to look vulnerable in front of the crowd and she tried to get his arm off, she pulled her arms hard to let her hand free but it wouldnt budge.
She tried harder this time repeating the words "let go of me," she yelled at him.
" I tried to ask nicely and you used it to your advantage," he said with an evil smirk wanting to harm the girl and not noticing he was standing on water making the floor slippery, unnoticed by him she saw the water as an advantage and pushed him and he tripped on the tray letting go of her arms.
Everyone laughed at him after knowing that a humans pushed him, she was shocked to see it worked at Welland his body was stained again, he gritted his teeth and stood up clenching his fist and veins popped out of his knuckles.
Making his hand very hard, the crowd anticipated for what will come next after seeing him stand up, he walked up to her with antipathy rising through him his hand came right straight to her and Harper who wanted to duck the blue felt breeze passed through the side of her face the punch was about to land.
She didn't feel anything on her face, her nose then smelled an unfamiliar scent and she turned to face the person and realized it was Rowan.
When Rowan saw that he was about to punch the human, of it were others who feared him he wouldn't interfere but he was interested in this particular human that has just insulted him in front of the everyone.
Rowan stepped in and used his left palm to grab his knuckles preventing it from hitting Harper. Harper stared at him in amazement and the guy named Steven redrew his hand from his palm and gnashed his teeth and said.
"Why do you interfere in other's business maverick," he called out with gritting teeth.
"It serves you right so you don't have any right to lay a finger on her," his voice cold, but his hollow eyes remained expressionless.
Before Steven could raise his clenched fist mr Martinez the principal of the School came into view and he called out, "Ms Harper, Rowan and Steven I would like to see you in my office now," he said and left slamming the door behind him.
Before Harper could a word Rowan left their sight and Steven whispered to her "you got lucky this time," after saying that he walked away.
All eyes was still on the girl before she left all their eyes following the direction of where she passed.
The once quiet and silent room started gradually turning noisy again. "Ohhhh Harper what have you gotten yourself into?" Aria muttered before leaving for the infirmary.
In the principal's office stood a three student two final year and one freshman and the man wondered how the human got associated with these two.
"So you're the first freshman to broke the rules just two days after resumption," he revealed and stared at the final year students. "You two don't seem to learn your lesson, when it comes to the punishment of fighting," the man said in hoarse.
"Your punishment freshman will be detention for fighting when its not approved in the university...." He said but Harper interrupted.
"We didn't fight we...." She couldn't utter any sentence when she noticed he glared at her for interrupting which made her stop talking and he continued. " Be careful not to utter any words or interrupt me when am speaking," he said in hoarse.
Harper found the man familiar and remembered where she has seen the face and thought "he was the principal?"
He continued by saying " dare to talk and I'll make it a one week detention," he warned and continued"you know the rules young lady, if I get any more complain or something like today happens again you are going to be expelled from this university," he said in a gentle yet harsh voice.
"Expelled? why? They didn't fight," she thought in anger clutching her dress with her hands.
