Blazar went rigid, her body freezing like ice had suddenly filled her veins. The color drained from her face, leaving her pale as moonlight.
Vesper scoffed, his eyes narrowing as he watched her reaction. "I thought so." His voice cut through the silence like a blade. "You won't answer because you like him. So why the hell are you here to tell me sorry? So that you can move on?"
Blazar forced herself to meet his burning gaze, her hands trembling slightly at her sides. "I can't answer because I don't know the answer..." Her voice wavered, barely above a whisper.
"I can't deny that I don't like him. But I also have feelings for you. I'm stranded." The words escaped with a heavy sigh that seemed to carry the weight of her entire world.
Vesper's jaw clenched, his hands curling into fists. "You can't have both of us, Orion. Choose one." His voice dropped to a dangerous tone. "We have never shared anything. So sharing a lover is like never gonna happen."
