Gamma came out of Dylan's bedroom after a long time, and met us outside. The way he had slowly pushed the door open, the way he walked sluggishly to us, the way he refused to meet either of our eyes said it all, that all was not well. His expression was grim, and a close look at his hands showed that they were shaking, but slighy.
"How did it go?" Dylan asked quickly.
"Is everything alright?" I asked, almost at the same time with Dylan. But Gamma only looked from Dylan to me, and then back to Dylan.
"I–I" He paused, probably not sure how to get the words out. Whatever he was going to say cannot be good. His hands were shaking more visibly now, and his eyes just wouldn't settle as they kept looking from Dylan to me.
"How is Avira?" Dylan asked, his quivering voice betrayed his fear.
