Cedric followed me from behind while I headed back to my bedroom in hurried steps.
Not to cry, or grieve, or wallow in self pity. My decision was already made, I only needed to carry it out.
Neither of the twins came after me. Neither of them cared enough, or thought it fit to leave Sophia, and chase after me.
It was more reason I wouldn't wallow in self pity, or remain in TwinMoon pack. It is obvious I was not needed. Maybe I was before Sophia came along, but right now, it is very obvious who the twins would rather be with.
The journey from Gamma's house to the royal quarters was shorter than usual. Well, I literally ran all the way plus I was absentminded.
I stepped into my bedroom, not mine anymore, but the bedroom that used to serve as mine after Cedric got the door open. Of course I nodded my appreciation to him before I stepped inside, getting the door for me was a gesture he didn't have to offer, but he did anyway.
