Lily Green heard Jacob Green say something just as she arrived at the door, and her eyelid twitched as she stepped inside, "Is it really her?"
Jacob Green's expression softened a bit as he said to Lily Green, "Of course."
"Little Jacob, you're really something else," Lily Green smiled, "I saw the morning paper today. It says that last night, the Prime Minister's daughter, Lucy, single-handedly fought off eight thugs to prevent the tragedy at the First People's Hospital from escalating. Mom and Dad, did you see it?"
"I did see it, but there were no photos." Mother Green was very surprised, "I even praised her this morning, saying that the Prime Minister's daughter's skills are really good. I never thought she'd be my daughter-in-law."
At this point, Mother Green was beaming, showing her satisfaction with this daughter-in-law whom she'd never met.
"Isn't your girlfriend from the countryside?" Grandma Green snorted.
