Chapter 222 - Chapter 222 : The Max-Level Account Shows Off!

At this moment, those watching the battle from both sides wore completely different expressions.

Starting with Konoha's side—

They witnessed how, even when faced with the joint assault of thousands from the ninja alliance, Uchiha Haru handled everything with ease. Shock rippled across their faces.

They had never seen anyone like this before—someone whose abilities weren't even recorded in any historical archives.

It was utterly astonishing.

Not just seasoned veterans like Jiraiya, Tsunade, and Kakashi—even Might Guy, the master of taijutsu, was stunned speechless by the sight before him.

He'd always believed that, after years of pushing his body to the brink, his taijutsu was among the strongest in the current shinobi world—if not the strongest.

But now, watching Uchiha Haru's performance, his jaw hung open in disbelief—wide enough to shove in an entire apple.

A thought surfaced in his mind: If I opened seven of the Eight Inner Gates, would I be able to fight on the level of Uchiha Haru?

The question didn't linger long.

The answer was already clear.

Impossible.

He knew his limits.

But what if he opened all Eight Gates?

What if he turned into the Crimson Beast, burning his life force in exchange for unimaginable power—could he match Uchiha Haru then?

He didn't know. Maybe. Maybe not.

Because he'd never tried.

And if he did… he'd die.

But one thing was certain: the boost from opening all Eight Gates far surpassed the power gained from just seven.

That was why his father, Might Duy—despite only being a Genin—could wipe out most of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist, leaving them devastated after unleashing the full power of the Eight Gates.

And now he, Might Guy, was an elite Jonin—an exceptional one at that. If he opened the Eight Gates, the destructive power he could unleash would easily exceed his father's.

Even so… he wasn't sure it would be enough.

Because the Eight Gates represented his limit.

Yet right now, Uchiha Haru was battling a force of thousands and still looked utterly relaxed. There was no way to tell how strong he really was—or how much of his power he was holding back.

Guy could only describe it in one word: unreal.

On the other side of the battlefield, the heavy hitters of the allied shinobi forces—the Fourth Raikage, Chiyo of the Sand, and the Third Tsuchikage Ōnoki—were no longer able to sit still.

They had known Uchiha Haru was powerful. But this level?

This was beyond comprehension.

Is this guy even human?

Could a single person truly wield such strength?

They were speechless. All they could do was watch helplessly as Uchiha Haru cut through the ninja coalition like a reaper harvesting autumn leaves.

At first, they believed that even if Haru could overpower so many for a short while, he'd surely wear down eventually.

After all, they knew what it took to sustain this level of combat.

Even the largest chakra reserves couldn't last forever against such overwhelming odds.

But as time passed, the horror on their faces deepened.

Uchiha Haru wasn't slowing down—he was accelerating.

He was faster, sharper, more ferocious than when he first entered the battlefield.

The shinobi alliance was crumbling at an alarming pace.

It wasn't even a battle anymore—it was a massacre.

Ninjas fell like stalks of wheat under a sickle.

Chiyo could no longer hold back.

"We can't let this continue! Let's go—all of us!" she shouted.

Ōnoki and the Fourth Raikage had already been thinking the same.

They had no other choice.

Uchiha Haru's abilities had made one thing painfully clear—ordinary shinobi couldn't lay a finger on him.

Their earlier plan of exhausting him through sheer numbers?

A delusion.

Even if it might've worked in theory, the cost was too catastrophic.

They were sacrificing tens of thousands of ninja. Even for a united force of the five great nations, the loss was unbearable.

No one doubted it now—if they let Uchiha Haru continue unchecked, he would annihilate every last one of them.

So they had to act.

And one person wasn't enough.

It would take three Kage-level shinobi—together.

They didn't dare to dream of defeating Uchiha Haru. That was too far-fetched.

All they could hope was to stall him—delay him long enough for the masked man to complete whatever he was planning to use against Haru.

That was their only hope now.

With a burst of chakra and a flash of movement, the three Kage leapt into the fray.

Meanwhile, Haru continued carving his path through the enemy ranks.

Still, he didn't use any ninjutsu.

Only pure taijutsu.

With nothing but his fists and body, he tore through elite shinobi like paper dolls.

But suddenly—he felt it.

Three enormous chakra signatures closing in on him fast.

Turning his head slightly, he saw them—Chiyo, Ōnoki, and the Fourth Raikage.

A faint smile tugged at the corner of his lips.

Finally... a real fight.

Slaughtering these weaklings no longer satisfied him.

He needed something more thrilling.

And now, three Kage-level opponents had entered the battlefield—just what he needed.

Let's go.

Back on the other side, Chiyo, Ōnoki, and the Fourth Raikage watched as Uchiha Haru slowly turned to face them, that calm and almost amused expression playing across his face.

Their brows furrowed in unison.

They could see it in Uchiha Haru's eyes.

A thirst for battle. Disdain. Contempt.

Each of the three Kage-level powerhouses facing him was an elite among their peers—renowned across the ninja world for their strength and leadership.

When had any of them ever been looked down upon like this?

The flames of rage erupted within their chests.

They already knew how dangerous Uchiha Haru was, how overwhelming his strength could be. But this time, they had to give it everything they had—not just to stall him and buy time for the masked man and Orochimaru to prepare their trump cards, but for their own pride as shinobi.

They would not be belittled without a fight.

"Dust Release: Detachment of the Primitive World Technique!"

The Third Tsuchikage, Ōnoki, though aged and weary, floated above the battlefield, hands forming swift, practiced seals. In that moment, he unleashed his most devastating ninjutsu—Dust Release.

A technique that transcended the bloodline limit, the result of fusing earth, wind, and fire chakra natures.

Kekkei Tōta—

Its destructive potential was nearly beyond comprehension. It obliterated matter at the molecular level, erasing anything it touched.

Ōnoki didn't hesitate. He opened with his most lethal attack, launching it toward Uchiha Haru in a desperate bid to seize the upper hand.

A translucent cube of chakra surged forward from his hands, humming with unstable energy as it closed in on its target.

At the same time, the Fourth Raikage burst into motion.

He unshackled his chakra reserves, releasing them all in one violent surge.

Crackling lightning erupted across his body. A cloak of pure chakra engulfed him, molding into the unmistakable Lightning Release Armor. Bolts arced across his muscles and veins, illuminating his figure with electric fury.

This was his limit—the pinnacle of the Fourth Raikage's strength.

In this state, his reflexes, speed, and physical strength were pushed to the extreme. He was a force of nature.

And yet, when he stared across the battlefield at Uchiha Haru, he felt no certainty in victory.

Especially after what happened with his younger brother—Killer B.

After rescuing B from Haru's hands, the Raikage had demanded an honest assessment.

Killer B had spoken plainly: he hadn't stood a chance against Uchiha Haru.

That alone had shaken him. And now, Haru was even stronger than during his clash with the Eight-Tails' Jinchūriki.

The Fourth Raikage knew better than to let his guard down.

He'd seen firsthand what this young Uchiha was capable of.

Granny Chiyo moved next. With a sweep of her fingers, she unleashed a barrage of puppets from her scrolls.

Dozens of them.

Each one personally crafted by her, honed through years of war and bloodshed. Masters of poisons, deception, and ambush tactics, they had followed her through countless battles.

Now, they would face their greatest challenge yet.

Three Kage-level legends. All of them unleashing their most powerful abilities, simultaneously.

Their target: one man.

Uchiha Haru.

Back on the Konoha side of the battlefield, the shinobi stood tensely—yet not with fear.

No, there was no dread in their eyes this time. Not like when Haru had stood alone against an army of tens of thousands.

They had seen what he was capable of. They had watched him carve through entire platoons with terrifying ease.

Now, they believed in him.

No matter who the opponent was—no matter how many enemies stood in his path—he would not fall.

That belief had been carved into their hearts by Haru himself.

Excitement flickered in their eyes. A once-in-a-generation confrontation was unfolding before them.

Three-on-one. Kage-level warriors against a lone shinobi.

How would this end?

The answer came swiftly.

"Wood Release: Tree World Descent!"

Uchiha Haru raised a single hand, then slammed his palm into the earth.

Massive tremors erupted through the battlefield.

And then—it began.

Thick vines and towering trees erupted from the ground like geysers, surging skyward in seconds. The sky darkened under the canopy of their ever-growing branches.

The air filled with the deafening roar of the earth itself groaning beneath the onslaught of unnatural growth.

It was the first time Haru had unleashed this level of Wood Release.

Tree World Descent.

Before, even when surrounded by enemy armies, the most he had used was the Sea of Trees Descent—a condensed version of the full technique.

But this time, it was the real thing.

The true power of Wood Release.

It surpassed all previous expectations in sheer magnitude. Trees soared skyward, blocking out the sun. Vines lashed out like whips, tearing through rock and metal alike.

The ground split open beneath the Kage's feet. The battlefield transformed into a sea of greenery—deadly, suffocating, and all-consuming.

Ordinary shinobi had no chance. Many of them couldn't even remain standing. They were swallowed into the roots, crushed or suffocated—turned into fertilizer for the forest
