"I've heard a lot about you," Seun continues with his tone calm but sharp enough to cut diamonds.
I shift the sweet-smelling baby to rest comfortably on my shoulder, and just then, Anwil sneezes.
"Bless you, baby," Seun says over his shoulder to Anwil before placing a hand on his waist and glaring at Bram.
"You're Bram, right? The infamous little rodent who likes to chew its way through." Seun adds, and my jaw drops. Bram glares at me in shock, and I raise both my brows to give him a 'What you gonna do' look.
"You…" He begins as he tries to walk towards me, but Seun pushes him back.
"Nuh-uhn. You talk to me now, skunk!" He snaps, and Bram glares at Seun with surprised, wide eyes.
"Excuse me!?" Bram demands with an offended tone, and Seun looks back at me.
"Help, Eli. Did I stutter?" He questions, and I grin.
"No, Seun. You didn't." I reply, and Seun nods before turning back to Bram.
"That's what I thought." He says, and I smile.
