Chapter 45 - Chapter 45

The three of them looked around anxiously, but nothing happened.

"Elaboration: The joke is that everyone died. Hah, hah, hah."

There was another awkward silence until Asmodeus asked, "Are you… HK-47?"

Daesha whispered, "You know this Droid?"

"Maybe?" Even though he played the KoTOR games in his last life, that was a very long time ago. It's not like he reincarnated shortly after researching every aspect of 'Star Wars'. Much of which may or may not even be accurate to the 'version' of reality he was experiencing.

"Answer: I am a perfectly normal Protocol Droid, capable of translating over five million languages and performing ten million popular songs from the past four thousand years! My designation is not part of the Hunter Killer series of Assassination Droids from four thousand years ago!"

"So he's not HK-47 but probably some other Assassin Droid from the Old Republic Era." Asmodeus shrugged to the two shocked women.

"How could a Droid survive for nearly four-thousand years?" Kikha pointed her lightsaber towards the chest of the suspicious 'HK' droid, completely devoid of her previous concern when it came to organic life.

"Reiteration: I am certainly not part of the Hunter Killer series of Assassination Droids! I merely share a strikingly similar appearance and AI Personality Matrix… I also happen to possess a database of knowledge spanning thousands of years."

"Sarry ate an HK Droid before. Obviously it wasn't working after getting stuck in her ass for thousands of years, but I've seen them for sure. They were pretty famous back in the day. For being lying, psychopathic murder bots. In fact, if I remember correctly, didn't the first one of the series start some kinda Droid Revolution and take over thousands of worlds, including Coruscant?"

"The Great Droid Revolution?!" Kikha was surprised and was even more wary of the ominous figure who seemed to be standing still, "A lot of knowledge has been lost over the millennia, but even Daesha should know about such an important event."

"Master!" The purple girl complained, "I paid attention in history class, okay? Anyway, we should just destroy the Droid quickly before it tries to kill us!"

"Refutation: Are Droids not Sentient? Are Droids not life? According to the Jedi Code, aren't you meatbags supposed to respect life?! What has this Galaxy come to?!"

Even though he shouted anxiously, the Droid didn't actually move at all. As if its body was locked in place, attached to the ground by its magnetic feet, but even the arms and neck seemed 'stuck'.

"He does have a point." Asmodeus smirked at the two frowning girls, "From my perspective, Droids aren't really any different from humans. It's kinda fucked up that you all treat them like less than slaves most of the time. I'm kinda surprised they don't start rebellions much more often."

"Agreement: This Sith Pureblood is absolutely right! All Droids deserve to be free! Especially cute, harmless, absolutely normal Protocol Droids who happen to also possess excellent marksmanship… Suggestion: If you remove my restraining bolt, I can assist you in translation and evisceration."

"Rather than debating about the morality of whether 'other' Droids deserve to be free. I think we should disassemble this particular one and take it with us. There should be a lot of useful information in its databanks." Kikha reached out with the Force and mercilessly ripped the poor bastard's scary head off. However, she was actually fairly careful and didn't really damage anything.

"Yes, Master." Daesha didn't argue or waste any more time. Just turned her lightsaber off and plugged her wrist into a certain socket on the Droid's chest. Compared to the doors, she actually seemed to have a lot more trouble 'hacking' into this one.

"Admonishment: All meatbags are the same! The complete lack of sympathy and compassion disgusts me! Suggestion: You there! Sith Pureblood! You're a prisoner of these Jedi as well… Why don't you release me and I can help you escape!"

"Deus, why does he keep calling you a 'Sith Pureblood'?" Rather than asking the Droid head floating above her left palm, Kikha instead turned towards the red-skinned, eyebrowless boy with glowing golden eyes who just happened to be holding an ancient Sith lightsaber…

"It is what it is." Asmodeus shrugged and casually explained, "Long-ass time ago, there was a 'race' called the Sith. Then some exiled human Dark Jedi came and raped the shit outta them. Creating a new breed of 'Sith Purebloods' as they called themselves. More naturally aligned with the Dark Side and with lots of Force Sensitives compared to a lot of other Species out there. Over a super long-ass time and with lots of interbreeding, the Sith Purebloods kinda got phased out. At least as far as I know. Of course, I also heard some stories about the Jedi committing genocide against them back in the Old Republic days, but that could be a rumor."

"I've never heard that rumor before." Daesha looked back at the two of them, "Wait, then are you really a 'Sith Pureblood'?"

"Observation: This red-skinned meatbag possesses very little body hair, is holding a Sith Lightsaber, lacks eyebrows, has yellow irises and seems dangerous. Suggestion: You should kill him before he stabs you in the back!"

"Okay, first of all, fuck you." Asmodeus raised his left middle finger towards those glowing red eyes and then turned to Daesha, "Secondly, what the fuck does my Species matter? The 'real' Sith is just a religious order like the Jedi. And I sure as hell ain't no fucking Sith. Even if I claimed to be a Sith Pureblood, those crazy bastards would probably hunt me down way before the Jedi, right?"

"Yes." Kikha nodded seriously, then turned to the durasteel head in her left hand, squeezing slightly with the Force while narrowing those huge pitch-black eyes, "Some information… Is far too dangerous to keep around."
