The words rolled through the space like thunder, his name echoing through the dead air as if the world itself repeated it in reverence. His crimson eyes gleamed brighter, reflecting Razeal's calm face within their glow.
Razeal's lips twitched slightly.
"Umm…" he thought silently, resisting the urge to grimace.
Honestly, he kind of… cringed.
The sheer dramatics of the introduction, the way Lucifer spread his arms and spoke his name like an actor delivering the final line of a stage play.. it was a bit too much. Even for someone who ruled Hell.
How does this dude do this with a straight face? Razeal thought, suppressing a sigh.
Still, outwardly, he gave a respectful nod, deciding not to provoke him further. "Yes, King of Hell," he said simply, his tone neutral even trying to fame impressed.
Though he couldn't help raising an eyebrow when he heard the name Lucifer Morningstar.
That name… it was familiar. Far too familiar.
