Sitting at a waiting room is our protagonist, nervously looking around trying to calm his nerves 'why the hell am I speaking in third person?' anyway as I am trying to calm down, which I am obviously failing to do I recall the briefing RayRay and me had before I was sent here.

RayRay said he had something to say to me before I go "Listen my avatar, you are my one and only avatar" I raised my hand to stop him "Only one? One aspect one avatar?" I asked "Yes, it is put into 1:1 ratio as to not tip the balance that the supreme one placed" I see.
Things are getting complicated, first I am in neutral zone, which is not stated in any religous book I have read tho there is probably one I just haven't search for in google yet. And second who is this Supreme one? Is he the Big G?
Too many questions, not enough answers. 'let's stay quiet right now ' I know RayRay can read my mind and I know he's not gonna answer anything, after all if he wanted to he'd already done that.
More questions, again not enough answers.
"You will be transported to the world of My Hero Academia" RayRay said, I nodded and continued to listen to his preaching "I will transfer you 2 months before canon starts and have you be a teacher in U.A." Why U.A. specifically? That I don't know.
I was about to ask about the matters of my new identity when he stop me with his finger on my lips... Goddamn I would kill just for this moment to last forever, but the euphoric moment halt when he pull his finger away. "I will handle that" A provider mindset!? Let's get married right away!
He chuckled 'oh you sexy sexy man' after gathering himself he spoke once more "As the Aspect of Knowledge handling your papers and identity is child's play" I see, one problem solved. Another one however still lingers "How am I supposed to protect myself? Do I get a quirk?" I asked with hopeful eyes, after all who doesn't want to fly?
He shook his head and said "I am sorry, but you will not have any quirk" I see, 'WHY THE HELL DO I NOT GET ONE!!' "why am I not getting any quirk?" Contrary to my mental raging I still asked him politely, I'm an isekai protagonist for Big G's sake.
But why do I keep assuming I'm an isekai protagonist? Is there other aspects here? Clearly there's more than one after all I heard mom clearly, from what she said aspects are pretty common, and if I was thrown at MHA is there other avatar existing there? Or is it a 1:1:1 ratio where one aspect one avatar and one world? Questions with no clear answer floated through my mind.
But I pull myself away from this questions as RayRay finally talk after letting me finish my inner monologue "you do not get a quirk because your previous world do not have such system" hmm... Suspicious.
He continued "all your paperwork, U.A. job application and everything else is already taken care of, and as my avater the Aspect of Knowledge you will have a limited access to my library" and he proceeded to show me a vast library covering half of the part of neutral zone where we are 'how big is the neutral zone exactly?'

After all that he sent me here, I spent the last 3 days here getting to know my surroundings. After all as kid living in those neighborhood getting to know people is what will keep you alive.
"Still, I have no answer is there's another avater here, nor why am I chosen. I don't buy that bullshit he said" As I am muttering under my breath I heard a voice called out my name.
"Applicant Yoroichi Ryota! It is your turn" I stood up and raise my hand "here"
I walked to the door trying to look calm and cool, after all it's my first time meeting fictional characters. As I walked inside the room I saw 4 people and... a rat?
I bowed, hooray japanese etiquette! Anyway, before I sat down I walked towards them and shook their hands 'it's what ny pops told me' he said "Shake their hands and smile" and that's what I did.
After doing so, I seat myself down introduced my self with again, a polite bow "Hello sir, my name is Yoroichi Ryota" and then I waited for the questions.
"Mr. Yoroichi can you tell us about yourself?" Those questions where standard almost all of the questions they asked are pretty common. Then the question I've been prepping for, it's actually questionS but we'll go through with it.
"Mr. Yoroichi it is said here that you're quirkless, and from what I've heard over the course of our interview your qualified for the job, but I want to ask the question how can you contribute to U.A. without a quirk" ask the rat.
I smiled and let the words flow through, though I wish I could puff a smoke of cig "yes, I am quirkless. But I do not believe that quirk defines what or who the person should be" I started "I think that people should be more than what their quirk is"
"As a quirkless person I've seen some people becoming villain just because people deemed their quirk villainous" I said this time one of the four extra is frowning 'heads up, I don't like the guy' "quirks aren't what defines people, it's how they act. And how they act is severely influenced by their surroundings" I took a breath and continued.
"I wish to create a surrounding for children with powerful, strange, mutations and villainous quirk to live and make sure they don't go the wrong path, after all with great power comes great responsibility."
I see all 4 smile including the rat, but the bald bastard was still frowning, and from the looks of it he's going to reject me. But before he could speak the rat stand and sip his tea 'where the fuck did the tea came from?' for the record we have bottled water.
"You Mr. Yoroichi are hired" he said with a smile, is it a he? Perhaps its is more appropriate.
I smiled, stood up, walk and shook his or its?hand "Thank you, I will make sure you do not regret hiring me sir" I said with the most beautiful customer service smile I have.
"I hope you do well" he said, pfft... Hahaha can't believe the first principal I will work with is a rat. Now that I think about it that sounds racist.
Anyway, the rat I probably should stop calling him that and start by addressing him in his name but I like how naturally it flows. 'that still sound racist'
Then I was dismissed, I am starting tomorrow helping out regular teacher for the summer class students at general studies and hero course "I wish I can meet the main characters already" I sighed knowing I have to wait 2 months to make sure they have their own motivation to show up.
In other words I have 2 months to get myself integrated and well liked among the staff, 'I really hope they're not into bullying' anyway if you're wondering what subject I am teaching, I don't know: actually they just hired me without telling me what I'll do.
By the way, I'm lost.
The staff didn't lead me the way to the exit, after all I'm the kind of guy who will rely on someone. If they know the way, just let them lead ahead is my motto, I shoukd scrap that motto, yes.
As I was waling I stumbled upon a... 'what is this yellow cocoon?' I thought as the thing silently stood up and revealed it's face. It's Aizawa-sensei, a main character of MHA and also the class advisor of class 1-A.
I was about to greet him when he spoke first "Are you Yoroichi Ryota?" He asked, I nodded "come with me to the faculty" After he said that he slid out of his cocoon and walk straight ahead and turned left.
After a few minutes we made it here to the faculty, it's spacious inside. And there's three other teachers in here Midnight: the 18+ Hero, Present Mic also a hero and Toshinori Yagi or Allmight: Number 1 hero. I was starstruck, if it's possible my eyes will probably take the shape of a star.
I held my breath in, and walking behind Aizawa or Eraser head 'I hate that stupid fucking name' if you can't tell by now I don't like ERASER HEAD as a hero name, because it's stupid.
Midnight was the first to notice me and before she could say something, Aizawa's glare stopped her. And he was already seated in his cubicle and sighed, 'why'd you sigh?' I hope it's not because of me.
"You will be my co-advisor of Class 1-A this coming school year." He said nonchalantly and proceeds to tap to his keyboard and and ask for my gmail in which I give him then he send me an email that says "don't cause trouble I need sleep" I just nodded.
I didn't even care on what the message the full email contains, I was ecstatic when I heard it and I was replaying it in my head.

On the other note, why is RayRay keeping quiet when he could answer all the questions Yoroichi mentally? And why is Yoroichi so excited about being the co-advisor of class 1-a?I guess we'll never know
