Along the hallway leading to the female restroom, Killian ignored every person who tried to have a word with him. He had one mission—find Hailey before something bad happened.
When Killian spotted Hailey being shoved into another room where the cleaning equipment was, by Blake, he saw red.
He rushed inside right in time to see Blake about to raise his hand and smack Hailey.
Without a second thought, he grabbed Blake who wore a shocked expression for a second because someone interrupted him. Before he could say a word, a bone-crushing punch landed on his jaw—blood flying out of his lips.
Blake couldn't believe what had just happened.
One second, he was about to strike Hailey and put her back in her place—where she belonged. The next, his mouth was smeared with blood, and a tooth had flown out on impact.
