As Carolus led Kai and the others to their leader, he couldn't help but marvel at how different the base looked. He knew that everyone would ask questions, but for now, he was grateful to Kai.
"Thank you." He bowed
Kai simply waved him off. "It's whatever. Just doing what I can to help."
One thing Kai had noticed when they arrived in the spirit world was that he couldn't teleport back to the regular world. Leo had told him it was because he had never been in another dimension before, and his mind didn't understand the concept of teleporting between realities or long parts of space.
He told Leo that what he said made no sense, so Leo asked him to teleport back to Earth. Turns out that he couldn't. So, Kai had to figure out a way to head back to the normal world without the aid of his powers.
