After having a good rest with all of his girls, even Cornelia, Kai teleported out of bed to avoid waking any of them up. He stretched his body, feeling refreshed, and went to the deck.
There, he saw Barry looking over the side, clearly thinking about something. Kai approached him and slapped the guy on the back.
"What's up, Barry. Slept well?"
"Hey, and yeah."
"I wanna apologize for beating you up, cutting off your arm, and taking out your eye."
Barry shrugged. "It's okay. You were mind-controlled, so it wasn't your fault. When I was mind-controlled, you helped me out, so it was only right that I repay the favor. Though I can't say I was that helpful."
"Well, you kept fighting when it was pointless, so that means something."
Barry smiled. "Thanks."
"Is there anyone you like? Patty or Iris, maybe?"
