[Rosie's POV]
The scorching sun hits my skin as soon as my legs scroll out from the precinct. With every case cleared and earlier at the chef's office, he was more than glad to attend to me.
According to him, there must be a mistake somewhere and I've been wrongly accused.
Shockingly, all the victims suddenly attest to it that it wasn't my food that caused the poison, it's the air which got infected with wolfsbane.
Each of them agitated for my release and even the manager couldn't stand on her words of claims which were centered on me being the victim.
"Goodbye Ms Rosie" cadence said as he climbed down the stairs to meet his mother.
She looked so perturbed and weak, like she cried.
"My baby" she called wanting to embrace him but Cadence only walked past her and got into the car to meet his father.
"Teenagers, they're just wild these days' aria confesses, taking a step down and panting softly.
His mother glances at me with a frown and then heaves a sigh.
