Rohan started thinking 'According to Arya, it takes almost 1000 year to reach Galaxy from Planetary. I should first reach Galaxy then
think about reaching Universal, if I can have as much time as I want then I should choose the best option to save my family and Earth.'
Rohan asked "Should I go with Time dilation of 1 day to 1000 years, Arya?"
Arya answered [At least you got what I was trying to say and you should not use such long time dilation for the first time. It can be very difficult and challenging for you if you go according to your desired scale. You should at least extend it to a week or 10 days. You have strong will and having Creation Authority reduces such status effect but if continued for long time then it can prove detrimental to you.]
Rohan thought for second and then nodded and said "yeah you are right, I am just 16 years old and I am thinking about living 1000 years in a single day. Yup that can get messed up. So I should scale it to a week, so
let's say 1 day equal to 150 years should be enough for now."
Then panel showing current time dilation of the realm flared
up.

After finalizing the time dilation, Rohan felt subtle and minute changes in the realm, then asked "So Arya, please to tell me the ways through which I can save earth?"
Arya replied in serious tone [Now that you have the means to increase your power level there are primarily two ways. First, in which you bear the complete burden of apocalypse but leave the people of earth weak and
defence less, minimum causality and minimum growth of people.
Seconds, you can provide ways to strengthen the people of earth, high causality and maximum growth of people.
Which option would you like to choose?]
Rohan fell in thoughts after hearing this, he feels responsible for triggering the event but he also don't want to make them always dependent on him. After organizing his thoughts in few seconds, he spoke "I will choose second option, I was already thinking of making my family stronger
before apocalypse comes, I should give that chance to entire humanity."
Arya pleased with Rohan's option, said enthusiastically
[Well, I will tell you your option and requirements and dfficulty for said option –
1. You can provide a chance to every people by creating dungeons and labyrinth to help people increase there power level. Moderate difficulty but slow progress.
2. You can create virtual reality for them to increase there chances of survival, required power level – Universal level. It's a bit hectic and take time to create such thing but Authority of Knowledge you have can help.
3.You can integrate devourer system to
planet which is one of the crude ways to help. Every creature they kill will help them level up and gain power but it have much limitation such this kind of system doesn't work on higher levels above Planetary level, so not recommended.
4. One of the most complex, tedious and time consuming option, that is to create tower like structure, which not only can become a way to increase power level but also serves as a road for them to go beyond
Planetary level. Very difficult, requires
participation from multiple people, always need management and observation. Power
level required is at least Universal.
So what are you going to choose.]
Rohan stayed silent but his mind was churning to pull out the idea which suits him best and also helps him grow his power, now that there is no time constraints for him. He wanted to grow as strong as possible and also help his native planet on the way.
He looked at the choices given by Arya, he started mulling on his options with his Infinite mind and abnormally fast thought process which help him weigh his pros and cons.
Dungeons and labyrinth was average option but it served him little to no purpose, if he creates a dungeon or labyrinth for first time, he can increase his Creation Authority but after that unless he becomes dungeon expert and redefines the way of dungeons and labyrinths, there will be no gain for him despite creating hundreds or thousands dungeons and labyrinth, so he discarded first choice.
Onto Second option, it was plausible, provides the way for his growth and provide a good way to increase his creativity but only drawback for him particularly is that he would have to create a story, paint somebody villain
and bad guys and he will be creating everything and everyone and till now he
hadn't created a single living being, so he kept this idea as plausible option.
His Third choice, Arya himself said it very limiting and stunts the growth of people after certain level but it give him idea to create system for his family, he asked 'system, can I create other system according my wish?'
[Host can create anything he wishes with his Creation Authority, only limitation is Host understanding of his Authority. After crossing Galaxy level, Host can easily create any type of system he wants.]
Rohan was glad after hearing this, the thought of how to easily help power up his family was there in back of his mind but now it's cleared. So he discarded third option due to its limitations.
Now 4th option, which intrigued him the most and Arya also said that it's difficult and complex which is the thing he needed most to increase his power level and if he creates a tower, he can add dungeons and labyrinth and system for tower management and if he wishes he can add many scenarios in multiple floors. In short, in tower creation, he can add little bit of everything from all three option and create his own tower.
So after 2 minutes of brain storming, he took a deep breath and said with a smile on his face "I will go with 4th option. I will forge my own tower."
