When Rohan was silently going over his choices, Arya was waiting for him to see what does he chooses and the reason behind said choice, so when Rohan made 4th option his choice, she was also intrigued and wanted to know his reasoning behind this decision so she hurriedly asked
[What exactly is the reason that, the boy who is very lazy in nature, chooses one of the most difficult option?]
Rohan laughed lightly at the remarks of Arya and replied "well, I am lazy, I don't deny that but that is because I was very bored with my life till 12hrs ago and I am also so bored because I am very lazy. That is a kind of perpetual cycle but the point I am making here is, till now most of the time I didn't have many interesting thing to do beside reading and watching sci-fi, fantasy movies and anime, manga, novels etc. but now things are different."
[Hmm...okay so what's the real reason lazy genius] Arya said with inquisitive voice.
Rohan exhaled in defeat then took a short breath and said "Firstly, I always wanted to be part of tower like structure and now I have option to build a tower myself, that is just wild multiplied by 1000. Secondly, tower is kind of ever changing project so you always have to innovate or create something, so it will prove to be an all encompassing project which will solve the current problem and also help in understanding of my authority.
Lastly, after deciding on the tower, I had an idea on which I want your conformation. Is there any type of structure or anything that provide a way for anyone if they have talent and hard work to reach the higher ranks in existence such as Universal or realm which are above that?"
Arya thought for a minute then answered [In all my journey of trillions years, I haven't come across such structure which provides a pathway for everybody to reach the top. There were few towers and virtual realities but they all have some ceiling point but you should check with Authority of Knowledge just to be sure.]
Rohan nodded and commanded 'System, access Authority of Knowledge and check for any type of presence, be it tools, planes or towers which provides a way to reach the top and while you are at it please segregate all info on towers, dungeons, labyrinths and virtual realities.'

[Well you have the opportunity to do something, nobody has done yet but you will have work hard and have to raise your Authority above 20%. It will be first challenge for you to create something like this, are you up for it?] Arya said.
"Yup, Mission to save earth was a challenge but now with time dilation that mission is good as done but to create something no one has thought of before is truly a challenge made for me" Rohan replied with a smirk.
[Well, let's see] Arya said.
Rohan nodded and commanded 'System, save the archive as Mission Tower.'

Rohan nodded and moved his thought to do something about The Creator's Realm but just then system panel flickered again.

Rohan was alarmed for a microsecond but relaxed after seeing subsequent messages and said "Is that you Arya?"
Arya replied [Yup, so ready for challenge.]
Rohan immediately said with a smile "if rewards are worth it"

Rohan read the Mission details and said with satisfaction "Penalty is little bit troublesome but seeing the rewards, this will work as extra motivation. Thanks for this Arya."
[No need for thanks, if you can do this, than this will be least you deserve] Arya said with conviction.
"Well now that business is finished, I should go back to increase my power level but I should do something about this Realm. System, is there a will or any consciousness of this Realm because I am sensing something but I am not sure." Rohan asked.
[Hiranyagarbha has no definite consciousness, it has a semi consciousness which works according to will of host. That is what host is sensing]
"Hmm...ok I should create a conscious will for this Realm that will help in better management of this soon to be larger than solar system area and while I work on my Authority, Realm will also be developed. I haven't created any living being yet so system any guidance, parameters?" Rohan said with thoughtful expression.

"Okay, got it. Clear mind, detailed explanation" Rohan reiterated. He closed his eyes and sat down folding his leg while a comfy soft sofa materialised under him.

Then a swirling mass of light gathered and outline starting to form which resembled a winged creature. Light started condensing and solidification of body started then Rohan got final notification.
