Madness and desperation burned in her eyes. She would not let anything stand in her way—not anymore.
But deep underground, in the TVA's basement, Deadpool and Wolverine (from the main universe) held hands, absorbing the same Time Crusher energy using a method given to them by Mr. Paradox.
Madonna's songs played faintly in the background as they began to synchronize with the artifact's frequency.
Two forces clashed.
Wanda lost—badly.
The Time Crusher's power surged into her like a wild, unbound beast. She couldn't handle it. Her body began to rupture from within.
Just as her soul began to shatter into the void—fading into dust—a mysterious light descended from the sky, wrapping around her consciousness.
It lifted her spirit from the edge of annihilation and pulled it through the endless darkness of space.
The light finally stopped before a human-shaped figure—one made entirely of shimmering light points, barely held together by form.
Just as this figure was about to vanish, an overwhelming voice shattered the stillness, booming like the first breath of creation:
"Hold on, Lord God. Why do you continue interfering in my Marvel world? Do you truly believe our realm is your playground to toy with at will?"
The voice was filled with divine authority, majestic and terrifying.
The radiant figure of light—the Lord God—had taken Wanda's soul for the Reincarnation Space.
"She's already dead, OAA. Taking her changes nothing," the Lord God replied, irritation flickering in his tone. Secretly, he cursed being caught again by OAA.
That voice belonged to none other than the One-Above-All, the supreme being of the Marvel multiverse. The creator.
He rarely intervened. But this time, he had come personally.
Because of her.
Because of Wanda.
Because this time, the Lord God had gone too far.
"You've repeatedly stolen souls from this realm. Do you think I'll allow it to continue?" OAA's voice thundered, merging with the very laws of Marvel reality.
In that instant, he summoned the full energy of the Marvel multiverse into a tidal wave of cosmic force, surging toward the Lord God's position.
Even OAA, in all his glory, showed a flicker of caution. He knew what the Lord God was—a cosmic-level outsider who dared invade.
The Lord God, however, remained unfazed.
"This is just a clone. Destroy it if you like. Wanda's soul is already marked by the Reincarnation Space."
Indeed, this was merely a projection—a sacrificial body, not the true entity. The Marvel realm was OAA's domain. Even if the Lord God descended fully, he couldn't overpower the One-Above-All on his own turf.

When he attempted to trace the source more precisely, all he could see was Loki speaking with a man.

Hell's Kitchen. A familiar aura. The name "Alex"—now Alex Ray.
It didn't matter.
OAA was sure now. This was either the reincarnation of Alex Ray… or his return.
"Loki…" OAA muttered. "Always meddling."
But it wasn't Loki who was the real problem.
It was Alex.

Alex Ray looked up at the overcast sky.
"Why do I feel so uneasy… like I'm being watched?" he murmured.
He shook his head and went back inside, climbing the stairs of his brownstone.
It was time to check on his progress.
He sat down and summoned his System Interface.
"Alright… over 1000 Friend Points, and 10 Family Points… That should give me a pretty solid shot in this prize draw."
He grinned slightly.
