"Imagine that our universe—this vast expanse of stars, planets, black holes, and other celestial entities—is just one of countless dimensions."
"The Dimension Lords," Alex Ray continued, "are beings who have transcended this level of existence. Their power is no longer bound by the laws of physics as we understand them. Whether they're seen as gods or demons, they rule realms beyond our comprehension."
Doctor Strange nodded slightly, eyes gleaming with recognition and respect for Alex Ray's explanation.
"As Alex said," Strange added, "each dimension is an independent universe. Some are bright, others are bleak—some governed by order, others by chaos."
"The Dimension Lords are the sovereigns of these universes. They dictate the rules of their realms. To the inhabitants of those worlds, they are gods… and the ultimate judges."
"These dimensions are typically separated by invisible barriers—protections that preserve their secrets and maintain cosmic order. Crossing those barriers isn't easy. It usually requires either permission from the ruling Lord or a dimensional key—like the Book of Vishanti."
He gestured to the ancient tome in his hand.
"This grimoire is a gateway, a relic of white magic that led me into the dimension of the Vishanti."
Alex Ray locked eyes with Strange again. There was an unspoken understanding between them, born from shared experience and knowledge.
Strange smiled faintly—part nostalgia, part admiration for Alex's insight.
"As for the names of those Lords…"
Alex turned, his voice heavy with power.
"Cyttorakv, the Crimson Lord—his domain is saturated with endless desire and greed."
"Beholder, the Chaos Lord—his world is a sea of madness and swirling disorder."
"Vishanti—the triumvirate of light and wisdom who guard the dimension of white magic."
"Dormammu—Lord of the Dark Dimension. His realm is one of eternal night and bottomless despair."
"Nightmare, sovereign of the Dream Dimension. He dominates the realm of fear and twisted dreams."
"Mephisto, Lord of Hell. He revels in soul trades and dark contracts. His palace reeks of betrayal and temptation."
"And Chthon, the God of the Underworld—an embodiment of death and the prophet of the end."
As Alex spoke, the images painted themselves vividly in the minds of the assembled heroes. Each name felt like an earthquake, each title echoing through their bones.
Some were awestruck.
Others, unsettled.
Toby Maguire's Peter Parker exhaled with a bitter smile. "I always thought ancient legends were just myths… stories we made up to explain the unknown. I never thought they were real—just waiting beyond a cosmic veil."
"These legends," Alex said calmly, "are all recorded by humanity for a reason. They're not just myths—they're echoes of real events. Beings like Mephisto and Dormammu have appeared before. The Earth simply forgot them."
To Alex, the multiverse resembled an empire.
At its heart were the Celestials and the five great cosmic gods—beings akin to ministers of a divine court.
Below them were figures like Loki, the God of Stories—officials maintaining the threads of the Marvel tapestry.
As for the Dimension Lords? They were the nobles, the distant royalty, the alien aristocracy who ruled their own fiefdoms.
No matter how many times the Marvel multiverse crumbled, these beings held onto their territories.
The rise and fall of the cosmos meant little to them.
All they cared about was power—and keeping it.
"Tony," Alex said suddenly, turning to Stark. "The legends of Hell aren't fiction. There's a real Hell. It exists. Somewhere out there in the dark corners of the universe."
"And your father… might still be there, waiting."
Tony's entire body froze.
"What?" he whispered. Then, louder, "What did you say?!"
He lunged forward and grabbed Alex's shoulders, his voice trembling. "You mean… Howard? My father—is he alive?"
"Strictly speaking… no," Alex said. "But his soul—yes. It's trapped in Hell. Mephisto holds it."
"Don't be reckless," Strange warned quickly. "Mephisto is the most deceitful of all the Dimension Lords. Never—never—make a deal with him."
"I'm not saying you should give up," Alex added. "Just… wait. When the time is right, I'll help you."
Tony nodded, but his fists clenched.
"I have to do it myself," he said. "I owe my father that much. I couldn't avenge him, but I will bring him back with my own hands."
Alex saw the fire in Tony's eyes—and respected it.
He also believed in him.
With the power of Iron Man and the will of Tony Stark, snatching two souls from Hell wasn't impossible.
Not when Alex was there to back him up.
Pietro broke the silence.
"They sound strong," he said. "Can we really just waltz into Hell and rescue someone from Mephisto?"
Everyone stared at him.
"What? What did I say?" Pietro asked.
"That's Mephisto," he emphasized. "A Dimension Lord. One of only seven across the entire multiverse. You're acting like we can just knock on his door and walk away."
No one answered.
Tony turned toward him.
"Didn't you hear?" he asked, like Pietro had just admitted he couldn't read.
"Hear what?"
"Alex Ray said he was going to move Hell's Kitchen into a dimensional realm."
"Yeah, I heard it. So?"
Tony raised a brow. "So? Pietro, that means—Alex's strength is already on par with the Dimension Lords. That's the point. There's no question of whether we can defeat them."
Pietro blinked, stunned.
Then Tony turned to Alex again—this time solemn.
"Tell me how to get to the Hell Dimension. I'm not dumping this on you. I need to do this myself."
Alex didn't argue.
He understood pride.
He understood pain.
And he respected both.
Pietro still wasn't done.
"Okay, but why are we moving Hell's Kitchen into a dimension?" he asked. "Things are fine here. Why bother?"
He glanced at the others.
"From what you've described, most of these dimensional realms are basically demon wastelands. They don't seem like great places to live—more like places to hide. Won't the residents of Hell's Kitchen resist? Entering a dimensional realm means cutting off ties to Earth. I doubt most people would agree."
Uncle Kingpin—Wilson Fisk—nodded in agreement.
Alex raised a hand calmly.
"Don't worry. I'm not pulling all of Hell's Kitchen in. Just a section."
"As for the entrance and exit to the dimension, they'll remain here—in Hell's Kitchen."
"So this won't affect civilians," he continued. "I'm only relocating key institutions—Hell's Kitchen Community College, the Deadpool Legion, Hogwarts, and the mutant sanctuary."
